What an incredible opportunity to go behind the scenes with Welsh Professional Rugby Team @OspreysTV joining in with their Weights Gym training session, Rugby Skills session & Conditioning Fitness session. The day is action packed so I tried to get as much information as I can in this video
I learned so much for this one day! on what they Eat, Training Focus and also to train alongside some of the best players in the game!!

Brilliant insight into how the professional game works, love watching these preseason and I season videos they are great for new ideas to build into sessions. The turn and burn drop out looked brutal 😂
