This video is the complete skill session where Aaron demonstrates rugby passing and box kicking drills, and is a great tutorial to take your passing to the next level.

Un crack Aaron y con el pantalón de la selección argentina más todavía !!!😁
Aaron is showing us basic skills for a world-class player. These skills shave off fractions of a second. What this really proves is that differences at the highest levels often come down to extremely fine margins. Fascinating.

Probs the best halfback overall maybe
That was insane. Never played halfback and only played about 3 years of rugby in total, was always way too skinny and never really coped with the physicality of the game at times. After listening to all of this at the age of 21 I’m ready to give it another go. One of the only times I’ve listened to someone and actually believed anything is possible

party 2 at the total mercy of party 1 if party 1 doesn't make a claim, party 2 can only go down the legal road for civil proceedings if party 1 has only third party. then only party 2 car will get fixed. I would see what the damages are and the cost lower than the excess and premium increase.. might as well pay party 2 directly and sign a waiver, if party 1 has comprehensive same as before but if the cost of both cars exceed the repair costs then.. claim on the insurance,

@@Zinkx. I'm in a similar-not-so-similar situation. We hastily lent our home to an uncle rushing back from overseas since 21st. Normally I don't get so bored easily but staying at a family friends' place is not so cozy as our Own little castle. The differences in living routines and especially PET PEEVES is a big annoyance at the moment while being stuck in their home, also differences in opinions on going out or not/set days for shopping/hunting toilet paper, eating takeaway, shops etc. I'll probably open a new thread into bit more detail about this later today.. as to not go off-topic here. Get it off my chest.

Aaron Smith's tips on Rugby Bricks we're invaluable when I played at 9
This was brilliant, especially the last sections where he answered questions about his influences and important moments. Dropping weight and finding the game so much more fun was a really revealing insight.
Wow this has really opened my eyes to my game myself. Tbh I feel like I have the talent there but my diet my fitness is not the best , drink most weekends. So this offseason (I’m in NZ) I’m gonna give it a real crack! Change up my diet train harder cut down the partying and drinking. I wanna make my towns provincial team so hopefully I will make it! I’m currently 21 so hopefully this is the right time to make a change

Yea bro. Diet is a major factor. I was 120kgs, playing prop and always wanted to play in the backs. I took a year off from footy just to train and I went down to 85kgs. There’s a saying in the Crusaders, 90% diet 10% training. Meaning you can’t out train a bad diet. You got have a nutritious meal in order to perform and train at 100%. I dropped the weight and played 9 before I was 21. I just didn’t learn the trade very consistently coz I liked fancy stuff 😂🤦♂️

@user-eo7gl4yq2u

@agustin8160 ideally for a 9 you want to be fit and skillfull. It usually fits someone with shorter height but it almost doesn't matter unless you're 165cm weighing 120kgs.
As a scrumhalf myself, this was fantastic to watch, from one of the best!

+ rugbybricks. Peter, on the quote of Aaron, how do you know you'r fit enough? So the fun inceases. Something like passing for yoyo-test but other ways to confirm it.
Breeny!!!
This is good for goalkeeping as well the side push
when he said " but you don't tell them that" 😄 when he said he was working on that kick off the ruck, compared to the others he mentioned, is it a height thing?
i do the same thing as Aaron then, whenever i pass the ball i make a sound like a car going fast but like a wind which makes my passes count and comfortable
thats the difference between all black scrum half and springbok..All black scrum half cleans quick and fast. springbok watch around and run two meters before passing. Awesome aaron.

@Bradley Gaju why do i have to smoke rock? Is your opinion the only correct one? As a south African and x player scrum halve who played at high level in south Africa and UK i think i have a right to have a opinion. Now If you want i can make a 2 hour video showing you that the all black scrum halves clean quicker. Cheslin Kolbe cleaned faster than faf when he played a few minutes. Faf can clean quickly but he is checking options before he cleans. Something that started with Joost. The all blacks get the fastest ball to their backs and thats why they score loads of more tries than the boks.
@mosreloaded
4 жыл бұрын
@Bradley Gaju I agree with you. But we much more dangerous in faster ball attack. I was at the game in France and Fourie was brilliant that game. I just think we need to distribute the ball faster. That second or two can make us a lot more dangerous. And yes if they want to play to their strengths now and again thats fine but most of the game just give other teams time to organised their defense.
@mosreloaded

@Bradley Gaju i think we can beat any team at the moment. But will we be consistent? They have self believe ..something we havent seen in a while. If we perform well against all blacks even if we loose i think we can go far. Can we win? I would like to answer that after Saturday coming..but i feel slightly optimistic ? What do you think can we win it? What if we beat the all blacks Saturday? Will that change your mind?
