Ok, I was trying to figure out how old this video is.
Miss the old hip sink style pass like the great French backlines of the 80s! The irony is Wayne Smith use to be a master at the hip sink pass but is now probably the one coach who is responsible for the modern punch pass technique we currently see in nz
Very good and simple vid nothing complex.
Introduced to these drills in college. Good on you, for passing on the knowledge.
