Letting Go of Anxiety

As we’ve discussed in previous episodes, everybody experiences stress in their everyday lives. Additionally, there’s another emotion we all experience that feels very similar to stress - Anxiety. While these two emotions may seem the same, there are actually some key differences that you should know about. In this episode, we’ll talk about the difference between stress and anxiety and provide coping strategies that will help you take control and let go of your anxiety.

    Im in my 40s and, naturally, I had to do the hard work of reading explanations for the explinations in libraries long before the internet. I am so elated for the young (and older) generation for the accessibility of these convenient straightforward animated therapy shorts. There are quite a few out there, but i must say, your channel is the most quick, lite, simple, straightforward, and easily understood, especially for the fast young minds of today. Excellent videos, animation,channel, etc. Please keep up the great work👍🙏 And thank you.
