I approve this, i thought i was like trapped in just 4 walls, just doing my tasks and that's all, i didn't even have the opportunity to do something that gives me enough motivation to live, just home tasks and that's that. Honestly, it was boring and so repetitive, i thought i was just there: trying to keep myself alive, but i wasn't alive at all.

I believe another sign that you still have emotional trauma and need to heal is that if you still get triggered, I have been on a spiritual journey for the last year and it hasn' t always been easy, i' ve learned some really hard lessons, i' ve cried, i' ve awoken and i' ve healed alot, sometimes I think i' ve completly healed then something will trigger me bringing me back to all those bad feelings, anger, hurt, rage, resentment and then I think wow I guess i' m not totally healed yet, it' s a process and it won' t happen over night! I send out lots of Love to those going through this, it' s not easy 💗❤️💗

Love and respect should be mutual. The person, who you should love the most, is you. If your emotions are being played with, you should take a stand. If things turn out for the worse, you should move on. In a relationship, it is more of 'us' than one. You both should be complementing each other. If this does not happen, there is no point in prolonging.

I’ve never understood why people insist you “need to try again.” If I was burned and wish to not go near the flame again, why keep pushing me towards it? And don’t say “you just need to give it a second chance,” because I’ve seen that story play out badly one too many times. Some of us can live without certain experiences, and quite happily. Don’t shove us towards them just because someone else got a happier ending.

Happens to the best of us. We have to discern properly and even if it happens again. We should always give ourselves time and space to learn and heal more. Yes, every person is different. But we can sometimes be attracted towards the same energy again because there’s something more our subconscious wants to heal from that isn’t in our awareness. Love and respect yourself properly before you seek it from others. It will all come to you at the right place, right time and from right person. Most often, we mistreat ourselves a lot and expect good treatment from others (I can understand growing up in an abusive and narcissistic household - it happened to me as well).

I can't help thinking this stuff should be taught in schools. It's a heck of a lot more useful than obscure, obsolete mathematical methods or handwriting, because it's completely universal - everyone wants to feel good, understood, happy. Most people will at some point face largely the same challenges, at varying levels of severity. Sure, the douchebag(s) in class would of course go "Ha ha, lame! Who the crap cares about _emotions_ and _mental health_ ...I think teacher's the one who's got _issues!"_ and generally propagate the same moronic cycle of unhealthy mentalities breeding more unhealthy mentalities... But perhaps those kids could then be verbally reprimanded using a set of pre-prepared phrases that eloquently and pithily illuminate the pitiful and unhelpful nature of their dignity-parasitizing interjection.^^

Having being so 'Blessed" and having received permanent physical injuries, my additional advice is; "Do not do what Jesus Did!" One: Crucification is a very bad ideal as are other tortures. Two: Suicide is not a good solution! Three; Although Jesus may have had intentions, it did not resolve the problem with all the terrorists and criminals in the world! Four: ... HOLD ON PLEASE! See 1) 2) 3) regarding crucifixions and other tortures & what else mentioned in case you couldn't comprehend the rest on what "Crucification" is ! To Luvjes and whomever else might need clarification, I'll give another hint real this whole passage again as the HOLD On... Part was because of an important phone call & did not have return to this until Just now... Meaning not only is it unfinished, nor even close to being fully edited yet, nonetheless I'm keeping both words ( Crucifixion (s) and Crucification (s) because why? ) See movie, Big Daddy and court scenes there in, then see some real court scenes pertaining to same and relevant and sorry you won't my best foster parents who served in WWII or my brother from Vietnam Era, why because they are not on planet earth any more, and seeing how other living brother, I was recently informed and after 30~40 minute talk with him and several calls to others regarding his health and a few other things. Which have me occupied since this post up to the HOLD ON part. And I would not recommend you to attempt to correct on grammar, punctuation or quite a few other things, because he is probably still in the hospital and that is all you need to know about that, and for what's it's worth, I have survived no less than 4 strokes and quite a many other things, including terrorists with their knives to my throat and guns in my face, along with same battle scars of quite a few types. Now if you would like additional information in braille, or other form, let me know! 🐕‍🦺🐾🐾🚥🚦🚥😎☕😎 p.s . Google spell hex xor is real helpful too, ha ha! שָׁלוֹם עָלֵיכֶם!

Yup. As a child I learned to suppress my emotions because I was forced to "get on with it" (whether it be school, work, or whatever else). This system (society?) is not set up to support emotional healing, let alone humanity, whatsoever. Our systems alone are oppressing us. We don't have space - time - to even be human. To feel our feelings and live from an authentic place. This needs to change. As a species, we will not survive without some sort of shift out of these oppressive, inhumane systems.

One of my biggest emotional wounds was caused by shutting myself off of falling in love. 15 years ago, I experienced one of the hardest breakups in my life. Since then I have held on to that emotional damage, which ended up causing more damage to my confidence. What helped me heal that wound was telling myself that it wasn't my fault and that I'm worth much more.

Please understand that Jesus loves you more than you can possibly know. He longs to have fellowship with you. The most important decision you will ever make is where you will spend eternity. The Bible says that you can know that you have eternal life in heaven, but If you are putting your trust in anything other than the finished work of Jesus on the cross to get you to heaven, you do not understand God's way. Please let me share with you how you can know you have a home in heaven. The Bible says that we are all sinners. When God created Adam and Eve, He made them perfect without sin, but they chose to disobey God and became sinful in nature. This sin nature was passed down to all humanity. Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Your sin separates you from God. Romans 3:23 For all have sinned (yes, you too) and come short of the glory of God; A holy, righteous God cannot allow sin into heaven. Sin must be paid for and God's price for sin is death, but not just a physical death, but a spiritual death which means separation from God forever in hell. Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. In the Old Testament when man sinned, God required the sacrifice of a perfectly spotless lamb as a substitute in the place of the sinner. The blood of that lamb was only a temporary payment for their sin and so this had to be done often. Jesus Christ, God's Son took on flesh, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life and offered Himself as that perfect, spotless Lamb and shed His blood as payment for the sins of the whole world. John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. Jesus loved you so much He WILLINGLY came and allowed wicked men to spit on Him, mock Him and scourge Him until He was unrecognizable. They stripped him naked, thrust a crown of thorns on His head and nailed His hands and feet to a cross. He hung in agony for hours bleeding, thirsting, struggling for every breath. He died innocently in your place so that you could be saved from going to hell. It was His blood that satisfied the just demands of a holy God. God will not accept anything else. There is no greater love than that! John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever (that means you) believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. The good news is that Jesus didn't stay dead in the grave. He came back to life 3 days later just like He promised and He still lives today! Matthew 28:5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. 6. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. Friend, Jesus did all this because He wants to give you the FREE gift of eternal life in heaven with Him! You cannot do anything to earn your own way into heaven. You can't work for it, be baptized for it, go to church for it or try to be good enough for it. It is a FREE gift that God is offering to you if you will simply receive it by faith. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9. Not of works, lest any man should boast. God said there is only one way to get to heaven, but it is not hard. You must admit you are a sinner headed for hell. You must believe that Jesus died and paid for your sin with His own blood on the cross, was buried and 3 days later rose from the dead. Then you must repent of your sins and call on God for mercy to save you from hell and give you eternal life in heaven with Him. Romans 10:9 that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 13. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. None of us deserve God's mercy and grace, but let me warn you friend, that if you reject His FREE gift, you are already condemned and when you die, you will suffer the torment of burning in hell for eternity in a lake of fire where you will be forever separated from God and all that is loving and good. John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Please don't wait! Don't take the risk of putting it off until another day, repent, turn to Christ NOW wherever you are at because you aren't guaranteed to live another day on this Earth. Believe God's Word, ask Him to save you and He will! I would love to meet you in heaven someday. Get your name written down in the Lambs Book of Life. God bless you! ---------------------------------------------------------------- If you would like more information or don't have a church to attend, we livestream our services and would love for you to join us even across the continents. facebook.com/regkelly.table/ www.libertyfaith.net/contact-us

You know, I’m a student at a military college, and a lot of the people here struggle with that a lot. But I think what really helped me is framing the definition of weak a bit differently. Think of the emotional wound as a challenge to overcome. Is it weak to avoid the challenge, or stand and face it head on? Choosing to talk about stuff and be emotional to somebody feels weak because it makes us vulnerable. Hell, I felt it too when I talked to my therapist for the first time. But by choosing to talk about the issue, you are challenging your demon head on. That is honorable. That is admirable. And that is hella strong.

I was mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally drained for almost two years. Heartbreak from a boy i never even had and stress from work led me to neglect myself. I was very aware that I was not the normal me anymore. I tried a lot of things to move on and tried my hardest with work, but it wasn’t working. It wasn’t until April of this year that everything started to change. I realized how my boss manipulated and gaslighted me. So, I quit my work and I started standing up for myself. I found another job and now I wake up happy and excited with life. The boy who broke my heart cut me off from his life and I can’t thank him enough for doing that since I couldn’t do it ughh. I am now learning to be at peace with myself and the things that happened. And even though sometimes I still feel sadness, i embrace it and let it go after writing about it in my journal.

This video has helped me a lot, 2022 was the worst year of my life because I went through my first breakup from a girl who I really loved deep inside and then left me and accused me of things that I did to her that were untrue and basically made me hated by most of the people at school. After that period, I went through a period of severe depression as I would lay down on my bed and I had suicidal thoughts because of how hurt I was and that maybe it’s better this way. I saw her recently with another guy and they cuddled and kiss and it hurts. However I can’t let something like this ruin the life I deserve to live, I’ll keep doing what I love to do because I know God has something special for me down the road and that there’s gonna be a great career for me. Easiest to do in all of these is to get proper sleep. You might have difficulties that exacerbate your sleeplessness, but striving to solve it will give you a better path to healing. Sleep is the most important thing a human body needs. If you deplete your body of recharging time it'll make your mind weaker and bad thoughts will resurface far easier than with a healthy sleep schedule. Couldn't get any proper sleep these past few months and it feels like you're drowning day by day. I better get some sleep now.

I'm here for this, to learn. I'm usually depressed since I was a kid. I felt like I was never enough for my folks. Then, growing up, getting into relationships, getting cheated on, used for a green card, used for money, etc. It happened so many times even when I try to love again and care for others. I felt not wanted and only someone's beneficiary. I had an amazing job until my relative had passed away. I was so hurt because it was the man that stepped up and raised me and one of the only people that I know that truly loved me from the very beginning. Sleep and self care was one of the stuffs that helped me feel better. 💖 Knowing I can only give myself the most love and care.

True peace and comfort can only be found in Jesus Christ. I'm sharing my best friend's story with you to show you how you can find this peace. God bless you. Precious Memories-By Sonya Lakey Family Story Little did our family of six know that Friday evening, September 24th, 2021, would be the last night our family would be complete. We laughed together, played games, sang, and enjoyed listening as our 16-year-old son, Ethan, played the piano for us. I packed a lunch for Ethan for a church mountain hike he was going on the following day. My mother (who was visiting from out of state) and I woke early with Ethan on Saturday morning. He hugged me and smiled, never pulling away or rushing me. He got in the car, waved, said he'd see me later and he loved me. It was hard to watch my "new driver" heading out on his own that morning. As Ethan pulled out of the gate, I turned to my mother and said, "It's just so hard letting go." Little did I know how much "letting go" I was really doing. That was the last time I saw Ethan. He did not make it home that evening. That afternoon, a friend tried to contact my husband, leaving an urgent message to call him back. He tried several times to return the call to no avail. As we were preparing supper, an overwhelming feeling of deep concern for Ethan filled my heart. I quietly blinked back tears. I glanced out the window, half expecting to see a police officer pull up to the house, but no one arrived. However, within a few minutes, a patrol car DID pull into the driveway. In my heart, I feared the worst. My husband and I went out to meet the officer, who confirmed our fears. Hesitantly, he told us our son had fallen off of a bluff and had succumbed to his injuries. Our hearts were crushed; they still are. Yet, in all of our brokenness, deep, continual grief and loneliness, our family has such a blessed Hope and assurance that we will see our dear son and brother again. You see, when Ethan was a young boy, he was saved; he put his faith in Jesus alone to forgive his sins and to take him to Heaven when he died. He realized some very important truths from the Bible that he would want to share with you. His Story Everyone is a sinner. Sin is any violation of God’s Law. God is holy, just and righteous, and He cannot allow sin in His presence. Ethan realized that he - like all of us - had sinned; and his sin separated Him from God. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; ” (Romans 3:23) “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12) He understood that, because of his sin, he deserved to spend eternity in Hell. “For the wages of sin is death;” (Romans 6:23a) [Wages: price] “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8) Ethan believed that Jesus, God’s Son, paid the price for all sin when He died on the cross - because His sinless sacrifice was the only thing that could satisfy the just demands of a righteous, holy God. Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb, but He arose the third day, triumphant over sin, death, and Hell. Jesus is alive today! “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9) Ethan was sorry for his sin, repented (turned), and received by faith the free gift that God offered to him. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23b) Because of this great salvation, Ethan lived his life serving Jesus. He worked hard to spread this Good News to the world. He is alive in Heaven with Jesus today; and because of this great HOPE in Christ, we know we will see him again soon - not because he was a great kid, but because of his faith in the great Saviour! “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” (John 10:28) Your Story What about you? What if you had fallen to your death that day - What if you were to die today? Where will you spend eternity - Heaven or the Lake of Fire? There will not be any parties in the Lake of Fire. It is a place of eternal torment for those who reject God's Son. The Word of God is very clear that there is only One Way to Heaven. “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6) We did not know that Ethan would step into eternity that day; however, because he put his faith in Jesus alone for his salvation, Ethan was ready to go. Some day - perhaps today - you will take your last breath here on earth, and you will step into eternity. Where you spend eternity is determined by what you do with Jesus Christ. Will you accept Him or reject Him? You are not promised another day or another breath. Eternity begins soon - Are you ready? “...Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved…” (Acts 16:31b) “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13) “(...behold, now is the day of salvation.)” (2 Corinthians 6:2c) ****************************** This testimony has been made into a gospel tract. There are 2 things you absolutely have to accept to exponentially increase your emotional well being. Things that took me a long time to accept as well so don’t beat yourself over it. 1) You CANNOT change the past. No amount of overthinking it will ever change the events that have occurred in a million years. What’s done is done. On the bright side whatever was is over so you can completely move on. 2) do not fear people letting you down. Accept that people WILL let you down. Make it the rule not the exception. People are just as broken and sometimes significantly more so than you are. You’re not perfect and neither are they, far from it. Put yourself first and love yourself the most. You can trust others but trust yourself even more to not falter when they inevitability let you down.

For me, what was really difficult was I went through a TON in the COVID years. Not just the isolation of a global pandemic, but I was stuck with my mom who was deep in addiction, my sister started visiting home from college every so often and throwing raging fits where she would scream at me for literally hours over small things, my dad went missing and still hasn't been found, and I was in a very unhealthy and negative relationship. For a while I felt so out of it and so horrible that I thought I was losing my mind, I would have these sobbing spells and moments when I thought life felt surreal, plus my sleep schedule was completely backwards, and I could not stop replaying everything that happened over and over again in my mind. It wasn't until I got a therapist that I realized I had trauma, which I hadn't realized until then because I'd always been told trauma was from sexual assault or going to war. I'd never had the traditional forms of trauma that are most commonly heard about, so I thought I didn't have it. But I've since learned trauma can come from anything that is extremely stressful, disturbing,or scary. After being diagnosed with depression, PTSD and dissociation, I've done a lot of work on myself and I'm still not perfect, but I'm much better now. Anyways this was a long comment, but great video.

I also went through a lot during covid years. I was in high school so I was stuck doing online school for a while which already made me have bad panic attacks and depression. Then I had issues with my sister who would constantly hurt me over and over again mostly verbally but sometimes she would lash out physically and I lost her emotionally. I depended on my best friend to help me through this difficult time but she left me for other people. I still hurt so bad for losing my two best friends and for all the emotional trauma I endured these past few years. I feel like i need a therapist to sort through my problems but I'm heading off to college soon and think it's too late. I just felt like I should share this since you shared your story.

I feel some of my stresses and worries I've brought on myself thru catastrophizing. I've been alittle open about my issues and mental problems but I'm still holding on past feelings and regret. I'm still feeling and thinking negatively and careless of myself. I feel so lost I don't even know who I am at times and it's scary. I'm just terrified of really opening up about things and certain things in particular. I'm afraid of change and the unknown. Sometimes I think I might get over this but mostly I feel I won't and I'm afraid I'll eventually just end it all.

I keep getting hurt by people who claim they love me more than life. It seems fake. I can't let go of the betrayal and am just stuck in the loop of my emotions. Even more so, when they don't seem to understand or feel guilty about any of it. Makes me feel unimportant and overly dramatic. Like I am overreacting to the situation. But maybe the reason why I am still stuck on this is because nobody has stood up for me other than myself. And now all that is left in me is bitterness and contempt. Everything is fake. People only care about themselves and they only pretend to empathize or care about you. It's just a sick world. I am sorry for this. I am just still trying to heal and not to spiral. Whenever I feel stable, that person just brings me back to the start. Maybe I will be okay when I am at distance from them. Doesn't seem possible right now. Three cheers for sanity.

Emotional wounds or issues of the mind and heart are harder to detect. Therefore, they are easier to hide from the outside world. As a result, we fool ourselves into dismissing, ignoring, or avoiding them in an effort to convince ourselves that we are okay and should just “move on”. But just like any physical wound, a broken heart requires attention, care, love, and healing. We must go through an emotional healing process.

I can confirm it, I used to ignore or dismiss any negative feeling I didn't understand or know how to process but thankfully I'm in that process of growth and I'm so grateful for my supportive husband, he has helped me get through it. I'm owning up to my feelings and overcoming them. 🌻

I wish I had even just one person in my life who cares enough to ask if I'm ok or how I'm dealing with the brokenest broken heart of all time alone with what sure seems like the world against me. Every second of every minute of every day is a full on war between my head and my heart and the sheer desire to end it all!! I used to want to live for so many reasons but now I have only 2 reasons to live and sooo many reasons why this world is just better off without me. Some days it feels like even my two reasons to live look at me and think.."I wish mom would just go away, let us live happy without her."

In fifth grade, I came really near falling into depression. I didn’t care. I didn’t want any new friends. I didn’t want to eat, to drink, my life felt empty and bleak. I zoned out a lot and cried when I was alone fairly often. I hated my life. Things can get tough, and people can experience these emotions, but they should never stop you from doing things. Eat well, be happy, at least try to enjoy your life - even if just once in a while. I wish you all well ❤

Since getting a divorce, realizing all the things he did and all the lies, then losing my best friend… the person who was my rock… who just walked away without another thought, and have 2 failed relationships that just walked away as well… my parents in the moments of my husband leaving saying not to call I’m just annoying…. And then going back to teaching where you are, basically by everyone, treated like you’re not good enough…. It’s been so hard. And having RSD… so all these things have just helped to solidify it all. I am alone… I have noticed I have just filled my life with soooo many projects I just don’t leave a moment to think. I zone out into the phone anytime I start thinking.

To hear all of this, I’m having emotional trauma from bullying and backstabbers. It traumaticed me much like I want to not talk to any human out there. I’ve been suffering trauma from bullying for at least 4 years of trying to heal it, but nothing has worked. When I talked to an adult about this, I didn’t feel anything but more fear. And about the backstabbers, I wanted to stop all of the relationships I have with anyone, and never had any one either.

December 2021, I stumbled on a video about narcissistic mothers. I dove into it, and all of 2022, was a year for me of learning. It helped solidify the fact that it wasn’t me…it was her. Them…my parents. Learned about the dynamics in my family and just how deep the damage was to the family, and most importantly…me. As I learned, I grew…and now I’m thriving. As I learned, I was working with a professional….probably my 8th in my lifetime (I’m 64). Now, I’m thriving!!! YAY YAY!!! Thank you for this video. It validates allot. ❤

It wasn’t until I rededicated my life back to Jesus Christ that I started to began a healing and deliverance journey. God loves us so much. It hurts Him to see His children suffering. Thank you so much for this video. I've experienced quite a lot of emotional trauma in my life from my childhood, in my teen years to my young adult years (18-20s). I'm 31 now and just last Sunday I broke down to tears to both my sister and my fiance about everything I've felt and experienced through my eyes. I felt like I was lost and unworthy of living the life of my dreams. I got so bad to the point I stopped doing the two things that I enjoyed doing the most in the world. Drawing and writing. I'm done living like that anymore. Knowing this now and the fact I'm willing to let the painful emotions and thoughts surface, I'm having myself go through shadow work. As uncomfortable as I am with going through with it I know to be patient, express love and compassion for myself through every step and exercise I do. One day I know I will get through this and I'll be an artist and an author just as I dreamed I'd be since I was a kid.

@@zhannalacey9292 True peace and comfort can only be found in Jesus Christ. This is exactly how I feel. I am trying to get help, but it’s so difficult to find the right people or person to talk to. I am hurting so much emotionally from things and situations I have suffered both past and present. I really can’t move on because I just keep getting hurt through disappointment from family and friends. It scares me to be honest and I feel like I’m going mad.

I lost my 7 year old Corgi and best friend, 3 weeks ago, unexpectedly, after routine dental cleaning and small incisor removal, he died 4 days later due to sepsis, which was unknown to me until it was too late, and I have definitely been reliving the trauma, Only in the last 2 days have I felt like maybe I don't want to die. I am 40 years old and it's the first time I ever had this strong of an emotion. I definitely can now relate and appreciate depression of this degree first hand.

For about 4 years right now i have been suffering from a heartbreak. Sometimes i manage to rest and feel happier, but there are moments of pure grieving. Trying to work on it, visiting a psychologist, but sometimes that thing is stronger than me, like right now. These videos help a lot. I like that soft and calm voice, which tells me that i can still succeed

I resonated with many signs mentioned in the video. The truth is, some traumas haven’t healed even though it’s been 10 years, mainly due to not discussing and lacking awareness about our emotions + lack of our parents support. I touched by the signs on ‘Being alive and not living’ and ‘Self growth stunted by fear.’ These two signs have touched me, and I think it’s time for me to start working on them. Thank you for shedding light on mental health in your videos. 🧚🏻🧘‍♀️🙏
