Finding the right therapist can be a process - there is no “one size fits all”. So it’s important to find the right therapist for YOU. In this guide, we’ll walk you through some of the traits that you should look for in order to find the right therapist that meets your needs.

    I think it would also be useful to post things like boundaries you should expect a therapist to have. Such as regular times for sessions, you can't have their personal number, they respect your decisions to cancel ahead of time, what consent forms look like, etc. And basics of ethical violations that one should look out for. I've had a few therapists break it, but then I didn't know if it was or wasn't OK or how to handle it. Also at the point one should move to a different therapist when one has been working for so long.
