I love that you say this!!!! My husband is a alcoholic and addicted. He's been doing really good in his recovery going to AA and stuff trying to find other things to help and I absolutely love that saying I think I'm going to use it thank you. 😊

Loving the mix of rationality, humour, conciseness, and not coddling. We are all challenged, but sometimes cliches are true. Urges WON'T kill us, but often the consequences of giving in to those urges will
I really like the idea that an urge is just an invitation. You can either accept or decline.
This is really a good one. I have shared it many times here in Sweden.😀
