Let's prep 1 week work of carnivore diet meals for weight loss!

Meal prepping is my new secret weapon for weight loss on a carnivore diet. It's requires a lot of time and work, but it's absolutely worth it in my opinion.
And yes, I know...enchilada sauce is not carnivore!

Great Video, thank you! Just some thoughts: Almost cried when you said you throw out the beef fat. You could honestly keep your calories the same but add the tallow back. Instead of using Ghee, fry your eggs in the fat that comes from the ground beef. Less messy and you can meal prep in 1 pan. When you track 4 ounces of Ground Beef this includes the fat in that serving. If you drain it off, this may be why you get constipation or feel hungry because instead of a 400 calorie serving you are only eating about 150-200 because you drained off the fat. (Hope that makes sense). I kept hearing Dc Berry and Chaffee say "your body can only absorb so much fat, it does not get stored. if you are eating too much it will just come out in your stool. If you have diarrhea you can cut back on the fat. If you are struggling to go, you need more fat" I was like, BET and did a test. Ate a big bowl of Pork Belly (very fatty, even if you drain off some to save) and butter. Literally ate until I felt sick and was way over my normal calorie intake. Within a couple hours I had to go to the bathroom, and it was eventful lol. The next morning I lost 1.5 lbs and my tummy was flat, but I was so full - I only ate once the next day. I'm not saying drink all the fat or force yourself to eat sticks of butter, but your ground beef should be moist with it. If you cook a rib eye in the air fryer/pan, the juice should be poured back on top. I don't really buy Ghee or butter because I use the tallow. IDK how some Carnivore ladies eat a stick of butter a day, but sometimes I do crave butter and fatty ground beef. Sometimes ground beef sounds gross, and that's when I eat chicken, steak, beef hotdogs, bacon, pork belly or salmon. My Hubby is not 100% carnivore, but he loves meat. He basically eats what I eat but with rice or some kind of sauce. He actually lost weight, and now willingly says no to extra sweets and stuff that he used to eat a lot of. From what I can see on your channel, you look great and you have a nice body. Maybe not stress so much, eat until you are full and move a little more? For me the smaller I got the less weight I would drop and I had to learn to accept that. I was so big before it was normal to lose 10-20lbs in a couple weeks. Now my body is just like "Bruh chill" and I only lose 1-3lbs a month. Weights/Pilates have helped so much. I only train 2 times a week and even tho my weight has not dropped, my body has changed and I fit smaller clothes. Highly recommend to do some kind of resistance training regularly and just eat girl.

It's similar to a diet that I did many years ago that I actually lost weight on and if I hadn't stepped off and gone back to eating garbage I may have been successful with it but basically I was no fat back then and I don't think I could live with that now but if lowering my fat intake helps me to lose the weight I'm definitely going to look into it

You are a meal prep rockstar!! A huge inspiration to me to meal prep, even if it's not quite as on point as yours, to help me stay the course. Meal prepping carnivore foods has been such a big help for me. It holds me accountable so when that immediate hunger hits after a hard workout I have healthy carnivore foods already prepared and ready to eat so that I do not grab the few non-carnivore items we keep in the house for our boys and my husband. I am definitely going to make the enchiladas...never thought about using egg life wraps for that. I'm so happy to hear that you are losing weight and succeeding...always makes you feel accomplished after all the effort put into the path for attaining that goal. looks like a great week of meals. I love making roasts and eating it for several days. I am glad the meal prepping is helping to keep you on track. It will be interesting what happens when you up the calories because a lot of people report seeing increased weight loss when they increase calories. I know it sounds counter intuitive, but calorie math never works in real life I don’t think you should have to explain too much about the enchilada sauce. i know it will trigger some people but a lot of carnivores add in some seasonings or sauces here or there if they don’t cause problems. Personally when I am socializing and don’t want to be a complete stick in the mud I’ll go more keto than carnivore and will feel perfectly fine afterwards.

It all looked really good. I'm not a fan of the egg life wraps but I keep buying them, then tossing them. Such a waste of money. Maybe if I try your recipe, the enchilada sauce will hide the flavor or texture and I can eat them.

Please, Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet .(Sorry if i already posted before but i dont know what to do) : I am now over 180 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else 500-600g of COCKED meat plus 7-8 eggs in a day. All Divided in 2 meals) I am now 35 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-22%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss- HIT Workouts) I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems. I lost about 17 lbs(8kg) in the first 9 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 8 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements). In fact i have gained 2,5 lbs(1KG) in the last 3 weeks but might be just water. I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor can I change my body composition. I ma now over 12 weeks with no body fat lost. So I would like to ask more experienced Carnivores: 1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnviroa diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat) 2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you? 3-Is the Carnivore diet effective for those who are aldreay healthy and just need to improve body composition? I am affraid this way of eating is too restrictive, for a healthy person, with no aditional benefit from any other whole food diet. PS: Most of my time as a Carnivore i have not experience most Carnivore benefits or lost any body fat. Also, Sorry for any grammar mistake, i am Brazilian and english is not my first language. Thank you for your attention!.

I input your daily meals into a tracker and that is maybe 1500 calories a day and for your height, is no where near enough for you especially if you're doing that much in the gym. I would do 2lbs (900 to 1000 grams) of meat a day and a dozen eggs. Your body needs more calories that what you're currently eating.

I like to put my chuck roast in the oven in the cast iron pan or the Dutch oven or I'll put it on the counter in the Crock-Pot I do not want to stand over the stove all day. Second I belong to Dr Kiltz tribe and we had a discussion this week about weight and eating carnivores / keto and some were discussing the fact that they hit a certain plateau and have not been able to move off of it and perhaps because we're not all built the same our body is stopping at the weight that it's supposed to be even if it doesn't fall into some particular guideline and that we should just relax about that. I mean if you're within 20 lb of what you imagine your goal weight to be and you can't get there perhaps not stressing over it and just accepting the fact that your body needs you to stay at that particular weight for whatever reason because it's your metabolism and your health and your body then we should just accept that, it was just something that was brought up that I thought I would share. I'm not really sure how I feel about that because I haven't even come close to my goal weight I mean I've been plateaued at this weight and I am still about 90 lbs overweight😂 anyway I thought I would share that. By the way those meals look delicious😊

I eat fatty chuck steaks and ground beef. Chicken thighs occasionally. Eggs and butter daily. No bacon. You don't need to add salt to your food. I train 5 x a week BJJ. No issues or complaints.
