What’s the point of going to fast food if you have to park to eat it? 😂

The only way I found to lose weight is One Meal A Day (OMAD). The trick to losing weight is intermittent fasting. It takes about 4 hours for your body to process a full meal, while it's processing that meal it's in fat storing mode. You have to stay in fat burning mode, fasting, as much as possible. If you eat multiple meals a day you are stopping your body from burning fat. I keep 4% cottage cheese in my fridge just in case I can't make it to meal time. I eat a few spoonful's, enough to hold me over, until dinner. If Matt won't propose to you I will. Jenn, will you marry me?

I’ll be honest. I’m a TERRIBLE cook. Lots of trauma revolved around a previous relationship made cooking so stressful. But Cooking this way with 1-2 ingredients makes me feel like a gourmet chef!

Thank you for this very valuable information. I've been on a high fat/high protein diet for almost a year now (not exclusively carnivore, probably similar to keto) and I just got my blood results back. My total cholesterol we up about 100 points. I was at first very shocked and a bit scared since we've been brainwashed to think that if we have high cholesterol that we're going to have a heart attack and die! So my total cholesterol is now 326 in 2024, it was 233 in 2023. Triglycerides 89 in 2024, 78 in 2023, HDL 70 in 2024, was 67 in 2023. Do you do 1:1 coaching?

Do you have any regular carnivore air fryer recipes? Most people have a regular air fryer and/ or outside grill, not a combo kitchen appliance. And the majority of air fryers only go up to 400 degrees. I guess that I'll just use your ideas and improvise. Thanks!

I love walking in the freezing cold like 35° with just a tank top (and pants obviously LOL) I love the cold and can't stand anything over 70°. I wish I liked the Sun more because I know it's good for me but I cannot stand it touching me. I've been this way all 51 years of my life. 🦇 Good job getting those steps in by the way!!

@@delightedtomeatyou I find that most women really love the Sun, I grew up in Alaska and I remember when I moved here to Oregon I thought it felt tropical and I hated it. Even in the dead of winter it could be snowing and I will have my window open, one small blanket and be buck naked sleeping. My mom was the same way and so is my son.

I don’t really understand that quite from a scientific point of view, at the moment I’m waiting 64 kg and my ideal weight is 60, when I adjust it in my fitness pal to 120gr of protein per kilo of desire weight and 120gr of fat for my desired weight which is 60 kg, it came up to 1600 cal…it seems to be very low especially for someone who do weightlifting at least 4-6 times a week, don’t you think this actually can slow down the metabolism it seems to be way too less even average woman where we say, should be eating around 2000kcal… of course still considering a healthy carnivore source of calories, can you elaborate on that?

Bison! The perfect protein!!! Did you know that bison has more iron and vitamin b12 than beef or chicken??? It’s also very high in protein and low in fat if you’re into that sort of thing. The patty I ate in this video was made from 50% ground bison + 50% bison sausage and OMG was it delicious!!! Don’t have access to quality bison? Let me fix that! Check out Flint Hills Bison Company. www.flinthillsbison.com/ My friends Robbie and Christina raise bison in Manhattan, KS. Their bison are 100% grass fed with no hormones and they focus on regenerative agriculture. In their words “we field harvest our animals ourselves in the pasture in which they live their life. They stay with the herd until their very last breath. Bison are ritualistic creatures and the entire end of life process includes the whole herd. We believe this is the best way to honor what bison have brought to humans for hundreds of years.” Delicious, healthy meat raised ethically and regeneratively by a husband and wife team in the heart of America. What more could you ask for? #carnivore #carnivorediet #bison #meatheals

This sounds like what I experienced at first. But then I saw some videos where carnivores talked about how much they eat and how to figure out how much to eat, turns out my issue was major under eating that carried over from my past. I doubled the amount of protein, it was hard, and went from two meals a day to three to adjust. And my sleep improved. Then when I wasn’t hungry feeling in the morning, when I upped the food after about day 3 I was ravenous, I went to two meals for same amount of food and my weight stayed the same. Then OMAD also the same amount of food, OMAD boosts insulin at night solved the sleep issues 100% and my weight started dropping by about 3lbs a week. All from eating more, then eating more in one sitting. It’s very counter intuitive but maybe someone out there will have a body that responds like mine. I eat 1g protein per pound lean mass as a minimum, and change fat intake based on hunger. That’s 1-1.5 lbs meat and 2-4eggs daily, I’m 5’3. Hopefully that can help someone who’s a chronic under eater like I was.

JONATHAN Griffiths @carnivore_muscle The carnivore bodybuilder, told me that in women when cortisol is high we don't lose weight. Working out constantly keeps cortisol high. I have followed his plan of working out - weight training - every second day and wow! My fatigue has gone and my body is changing shape and slowly the weight ( fat rolls) is reducing. I havent been strict carnivore the last four months as I have been living in Poland and UK, but now I am back home I will monitor the diet side better and more wisely.

Are you using contraceptive pills or contraceptive implants? 20+ years ago, decades before carnivore around age 18 I took the pill on and off for about 7 years and had to stop taking the contraceptive pills because it caused me to gain alot of weight and other hormonal issues. I tried alot of different pills NONE of them were withoutside effects. I think it might have been what started the IBS I had until I started carnivore. I never felt right while on the pill and when ever I went off it my weight would go back to normal and my ibs symptoms wouldn't be as acute.

Wow we are super similar. I was basically 135 lbs through my 20s and then over the last year and a half i went to 150 😢 which is super rough for me. So i also got a dexa scan and it said i was 33% body fat which .. like you i feel that is so not where i want to be. I would feel so great to be back at 135. I started weight lifting a month ago and i play pickleball for hours. I started carnivore 2 weeks ago. . Although really new, everyone around me has lost significant weight and i maybe am down a single pound.. I am curious and maybe could find the answer if i looked harder.. but what is your fat to protein ratio? 😂 im so confused what i am doing wrong. My husband says he thinks it is because i eat right, i go to the gym but then the rest of the time he always says i am sitting or laying down. I don't want to believe him but curious .. do you sit a lot? Lol i just want to lose fat and build muscle .. why must it be so hard ❤.
