You can play multiple commercial and zoo cards I think to make the upgraded building versions in a zone
Btw, I noticed you don't use the artillery in your milita units, you can just add them to your ranged attack, and they only use their artillery. Also you can just do a normal atack and switch to ranged attack and back at the top.
