Thank you for the comment! If I may ask, what is it that KZread is doing that might hold back this stream and/or daily uploads? My plan is to continue putting out content (if at all possible daily) as long as there are people that are enjoying it (I very much enjoy entertaining the viewers as well as play the game of course). @@cowabunganl7042 it is my understanding that KZread looks at what people are watching by title and the tags you enter (ie, banished, mega mod 9, City builder) and such and then suggests others to your home page that fit your viewing. Like afew weeks ago I watched a tik tok compilation about and my home page started having so many of the same sort of videos I had to go through and click no longer interested. But I watched a mega mod video by someone I sub to (will add in comment below) who has just started MM9 like you and then your video popped up on my home page. KZread likes daily uploads and short currently and it helps push smaller channels like yours.

I almost skipped over you video because of the thumbnailstyle and the channel name, but I'm glad I didn't. Love your calm voice and you taking the time to explain everything. It has been a while since I played Banished (4 years or so) an I've never played the megamod. Felt overwhelmed when I started and decided to look up some vids. Thank you for yours!

One thing I like best about this play through of yours is your not using the land and getting as much as you can on the water. No body does this THANK YOU Jimi

Also, the most important buildings for this level is food, like fishing or gathering, a barn, and a home. After those are built, then firewood. Tools actually aren't as necessary, just makes all other work take longer.

The ability to collect wild food can help so many villages not die off, but overall, I think players still struggle at the food gathering concept that Banished came up with. Also if you use resource limits, such as 6 tools, 60 firewood, then the workers will just make that much whenever they are assigned to that job. and if they have met the limit, then they act as laborers anyway, without having to reassign them to be a laborer or to click "stop working on this building" option.

a fishing pier might be cool too

I played this mod a bit and it's a bit annoying when trying to find a specific building and some buildings will not assign workers or use resources that are available. Overall it's a nice compilation of mods regardless that it's heavy on the game when starting it. It takes long to launch!

hi again I have a suggestion make a section with all the different types of food sources including turtles frogs fish farms pool scavengers ect next THIS IS SOMETHING NO HAS DONE YET line the entire shore line from your new bridge to the new one your just starting with tree house so we can see them and they are now hidden from the forest. This will be the prime rental properties with a view of the lake. 8 houses should do and plat a row of the bright green rice farms below to brighten the deluxe area and give then jobs

I actually find jack and Jill or Adam and eve to be pretty easy. You HAVE to get nomads asap almost every time, but with just two adults, the food and firewood you need is low, so you can switch them to whatever job is needed. Just takes a long time to get a good amount of laborers and builders. And without the nomad option, they generally die off very quickly, as you won't always get great reproduction rates, especially since Jill or eve tend to die in childbirth after like the second or third child. But yea...i actually find it pretty easy, much easier, actually than having an easy start. I guess the managing of less people makes it easier as well.

dont for get to start adding smmall boats and flower pots on the docks and barrels and maybe a double wide or tripple wide connected to land and have a wagon with a horse out on the water with a turn around for the horse and build a whearhouse area with a trader

use the flatening tool to make a island in the middel of the water and put up the statue of liberty and make it a shrine with your imagination as to what you put around it Jimi

I've been to the philippines where they are out in the ocean all on stilts you make make a village in the middel by a foot bridge and build it to be self sutainiing and then destroy the bridge and see how long you can keep it going You will need several wood storage units for growth Jim

you could place dogs outside of the school waiting for their master to come out Jimi

schools should have outside play areas with large deck with a hangmans noose to play on

you could put your own boats on the river Jimi

CREATE A LARGE AREA OF UST WOOD PLANKS AND IN THE MIDDEL PUT A WATER WELL THIS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO SEE PEOPLE GATHER AND PUT IN BENCHES AND OTHER DECOTARING IDEAS SHOULD BE no less than 4 walkways wide from the well

see what kind of weird things you could put on the water that doesn't sink maybe you might come across some thing cool with this exercise Jimi

another thing I have not seen done is to create a fake farm feild. There are these tropical ghost plants that have a very bright red flower you make a mystery crop of these flowering plants in rows and columns fenced in behind someones house. Try to create something special associatedd with each house for maximum wow factor. Jimi

now having the rice patty's you need to get noamds and start going fast speed baby and more foresters even double and tripple them up to get massive production it works Jimi

have you noticed if you place dock homes across from each other their awning almost completly cover the walkways this would be good to use if you did a maze Jimi

you could make land just big enough to put a grand town hall and another to erect a very large stone church then surround is with docks Jimi

you know that if you build a sea of foresters you can have almost unlimited supply of wood Jimi

you should make a maze on the water like the slums of the Philippines where there is no access to the water every inch is a building and it goes every which way Jimi

if you made a sea of foresters and rice growers you could handle any increase of nomads that would be great to see you have a nervous breakdown of screen trying to build so fast to keep up yeah hundreds of new nomads Jimi

Hi Sharon, yes it is a mod! The 3rd season really revolves around exploring the 'Megamod 9'. That is the reason there are so many additional options as opposed to the original game :). This season was an introduction to the mod as I had never played it before and it offered a lot of new features.

Megamod 8 and 9 both crash on my computer when I hit the Theme button.

I wish I could help you however, unfortunately, I don't know much about crashing issues. Do you by any chance have more than one mod active at the same time? I usually look for solutions on forums dedicated to game-issues and I think I read somewhere that different Banished mods should not be active at the same time as it makes the game unstable.

I do not know if this is going to help however I really like you to be able to play the game so I looked around a little bit more. The reason that I have been looking for crashing solutions in the past was because I had my games crash when exiting the game (it is not exactly the problem you are describing however it might be worth a try). The solution that was offered helped me out a great deal and maybe it might help you as well so here it is: "Whenever you go into the Mods menu to enable/disable a mod or to change their load order, after exiting the mod menu and clicking that confirm button, you should take the time to entirely exit Banished and restart it before you start really playing. That forces the game to really have those mod changes commited to memory and should prevent the crashing when you exit. So in your case, launch Banished, go to mods, untick-retick [MM] to trick the game into thinking you made a change, exit mods, exit Banished, relaunch and open your saved game. :)" Source: steamcommunity.com/app/242920/discussions/0/1699415798755427558/

@@cowabunganl7042 It is working, but after saving the game I hit quit and it takes awhile to go back to steam, but it works.

build a clothes washing area I've seen it done and it was very cool you could combine it with the taylor

I hope you think some of these ideas are good enough to postpone the grand bridge I think it is way too soon to do this project and you dont have the infrastructure yet but will some day soon and I believe that is when you should do it sorry Jimi

Geen probleem, we zitten op het moment in seizoen 5 dus er zijn nog genoeg videos als je nu bij seizoen 3 bent :). ENG: No problem, we are currently in season 5 so there are still plenty of videos if you currently are watching season 3 :)

if you build the island you will need multiple islands and wood scavengers and use wood tools but I think it would work you may have to kill some citizens from time to time to stay going but whats wrong with a little patricide! Jimi

When you are right, you're right. The sounds and commentary are unbalanced but they will improve in the episodes to come. Sit tight and enjoy.
