The SitCom tower looks so good! And Bro Thors pent house just adds a great touch! I am currently trying to get all the sets required to build the full thing. Can't wait to integrate it in my city!

I like the upcoming move of opening up 1/2 base plate to accommodate the 1-1/2 baseplate sets. Those 3 would line up really well!!

We used our own parts and finished the Bro Thor set making it its own apartment. But a rundown look inspired by the old fishing store. That style, looks great in the city. Like yours as a penthouse too!

Hi Jordan, I was wondering as an alternative way to gain space have you thought about making one of your roads into a pedestrianised section. You still have road all the way round but you can add modulars opposite the pop culture builds this way. A pedestrianised shopping, culture and dining/ drinking area could also be a great place for details.

The Bro Thor's Penthouse adds such great depth to the top of the SitCom tower! Not to mention how good it looks in general! Thank you so much for sharing!

I think you should add another floor to the sanctum like it is in the movies and to also bring it more level with the other buildings also would be great if it was a corner modular but I feel it doesn't have to be.

The hardest part when changing a city layout is starting. It's usually not too bad once you get into it.

Can this be build with the friends apartments or are they necessary to get the roof on? Looking just to use the 2 central perks, big bang and bro Thor.

I don't believe you need the Friends apartments, but don't quote me on that! If not, you'd probably just need to make some minor changes to accommodate the roof plates.

I feel the need to ask: How important are the trains in the city to you? Those tracks do take up a decent amount of real estate.
