Probably one of the most creative things you could do with Lego. It's one thing to start from scratch. But erasing everything you know about the corner garage and using only those pieces to create the Pub Modular, that's simply genius.

These alternative builds you’ve been doing are pretty awesome. Making me want to buy a few additional copies of these sets 😅

Really impressed with the part usage and the small amount of leftover pieces. Not a fan of the studs on sloped roof. Overall, looks great! 👍🏻😁

When the corner garage came out I decided to give it a miss, as it has kind of a 50's aesthetic, more than the more pre-war style of a lot of the other creator expert sets. But seeing this, I'm almost tempted to pick it up and build this instead. Fits perfectly with the rest of the collection!

Wow, you’re right, this MOC is phenomenal. Makes it very tempting for me to pick up another one of these sets and adding it to my small city. Might be worth it.

Great review of an amazing build. Very tempted to build this over the garage when my order arrives. If I'd seen this before it went out of stock again I'd probably have brought two - Jordan, you cost me a fortune! Enjoyed watching you build it too. Can't wait for the placement video

That looks really good actually. Love the details and how some of the parts have been used. You could get a lazy susan to put it on to spin easier for reviews.

This is an incredible build and love that you went to the length of buying a second Corner Garage and demonstrating the final result. Just a thought, have you considered purchasing one of those kitchen spinning items meant to hold spices so you can place your build on to spin it easier when showing?

Wow! You are absolutely correct, this MOC is a much more appealing building and a better theme than the Corner Garage!! I may have to buy the Corner Garage … and just build this alternate instead!

I did it!!! I found the set on sale for $156 US with free shipping!! Done! I won’t even build the original set … I’m going to build this Rebrickable!!

Little suggestion: you can use a lazy Susan (or similar) to turn the set. The noise of draging Is annoying....😅

like the idea but the pub itself feels more compact and smaller then actual original garage idea from lego, i would like pub more if it had more space/room i think but thats just my own opinion though do like upstairs rooms and sewing room.

Place building on a towel......it will make it quiet when you turn it.

I definitely prefer this rebuild. Mainly because it’s a straight building and I don’t buy the corner modulars

The builds in the arcade are cool but an arcade is really an odd choice to go with a pub. The outside of the building looks nothing like an arcade.

How is that possible

omg I was so proud of myself because I decided to save money and not get the corner garage (as I liked it but didn’t love it), but after seeing this alt built.... my wallet is going to cry

I actually hate the corner garage, it seems out of place considering there are so few vehicles with these builds. so i love this alternate build

I think the interior looks amateurish.

Idk why anyone would want to take something unique, like the Corner Garage, and just turn it into a plain looking building. I like a lot of MOCs, but to me, this just makes it worse.
