I’ll tell the results in around a month. Day 1: (I didn’t write the comment when I done it in day 1) ok so it was a bit tricky, my legs were burning but I will get used to it. Day 2: (I’m writing this comment on day 2) was a bit easier than day Day 16: very good, legs becoming stronger
