Follow along to this stretching routine to help improve leg flexibility for dance, cheerleading and more. This is beginner stretching routine, so anyone can follow along even if you consider yourself not to be flexible. For best results, I recommend following along to this routine 3-7 times a week. ♡

I actually admire the fact that the person featured in the flexibility transformation was a lot more realistic on how long flexibility takes. In two weeks you can’t make exponential progress. But that is not a reason to be discouraged! I achieved my needle in almost an year but it was totally worth it.

Hopefully all what you said you can do. I hope I can get there to. I want to do the splits so bad. But practice takes time is what they say. But I can totally tell a difference. In how I stretch I'm getting better with it

I can do front splits and pike and a bridge (not backbend or middle splits)
Tracking my progression!! (2 weeks) Day 1: Was very hard to do some but felt very good afterwards Day 2: Stretches feel slightly easier to do but still very exhausted 😭 Day 3: Stretches are much easier and less exhausting Day 4: Again, stretches are easier and feels normal Day 5: Same as d 3 and 4 but im actually noticing a difference!

I am one week into doing this routine and I could barely touch my ankles. But now I am almost putting my whole hand on the floor
I’m so excited! I also ordered the bundle, once I get it I will for sure use this stretch routine!

I have been practicing my splits and my back bends so i can do a squirpion. Your videos have helped my splits and helped me almost get my squirpion. The squirpion stretch was a big help and I hope that other people who are trying to get more flexible watch your videos

Anna, this is really useful, thanks! It would be good, if possible, to cycle through different camera angles of each stretch as you do them, so people can see what angle they're supposed to be stretching. Sometimes the stretch is toward the camera and it's hard to see whether I'm supposed to swing forward or back. Cheers!

Ooh! Every single leg stretching video from Anna has helped me so much! I got my both my right and left leg splits and now I’m really close to my middle splits. I can lift my legs higher now but I am still struggling to get it past this one point so I hope this will help! ❤️

I'm super excited! I just finished my 30 day stretch challenge and i am so much more flexible! Plus I got my oversplits! So I can improve more with this stretch. Since I am an 11 year old gymnast, flexibility is important for me!

2 months ago I was amazing at gymnastics and contortion (all my splits,including over split, teardrop backbend, flips ranging from a backbend kick over to backhandsprings) but I got diagnosed with cancer and I didn’t strech while i was in hospital. Now I can do my right split again after stretching for 3 days! Hoping to get more ty

@Ashwani Kumar Yadav I used to do yoga stretches previous to stretching for my splits so I got them pretty fast. (In two weeks) But my sister took almost a month. But don’t get discouraged you’ll get it in a few days😉

Here is how this went for me! Day 1: ✅ I was doing great except for the fact that I was very wobbly, I also got about an inch and a half deep into my middle splits! Day 2: ✅ This day was great, I was really sore and after the stretches I felt great! I was still wobbly but I was definitely less wobbly then yesterday, anyways I did improve a lot and I feel like I got a little bit deeper into my middle splits, woah this is getting long I’m gonna log off here bye! Day 3: ✅ Today I was really unmotivated to stretch so instead I split all the stretches into three parts to do throughout the day! Tysm @☁️Kirsty☁️ for the reply, I probably wouldn’t have done the stretches if it wasn’t for you:) Day 4: ✅ My balance was so much better today and my I got a bit deeper into my all of my splits! So far I think these stretches are working, thank you Anna :) Day 5: ✅ Today I kinda saved the stretches till the last minute so I’m going to try doing them in the morning tomorrow. Today I just felt like I slightly got deeper into ALL of my splits, see you in a few hours! :D Day 6: ✅ I discovered that my splits on my right leg were way better then the ones on my left leg, and my middle splits were basically the same. Day 7: ✅ I’ve made it through my first week but let’s get into the improvement! My left and right splits were a bit farther down but not as much as my middle splits, I not at the ground yet still getting closer! Day 8: ✅ I actually found myself rolling even deeper into the splits! Also Happy New Years!💗 Day 9: ✅ Today was pretty average but I definitely felt myself getting deeper into the stretches and splits! Day 10: ✅ My middle and left splits were the same but I did feel my right splits going down. Day 11: ✅ My middle splits and right splits DEFINITELY got down deeper but my left splits were almost the same as yesterday Day 12: ✅ I got my right and middle splits down lower to the ground but my left splits are STILL basically the same Day 13:✅ my left splits were still the same but I was able to get my middle and right splits down further Day 14:✅ Today was the last day! Overall I think that my flexibility did improve (even though I didn’t get my splits), I would definitely want to do these stretches in my free time and not just something I had to get done. I 100% recommend trying these stretches, bye!💗

Okay here’s what I usually do. When I have free times or when I have time to do her routines like after school, I do them :). Here’s some stuff to make you less tired and stressed. Make you room clean and put your hair up and get in a outfit that’s relaxing like maybe a sports bra and some leggings or some shorts :)).
I can’t wait for this I have been practicing my over split for ages but I need to know any tips to get a better oversplit

Seeing changes while regainning my flexibility back (I lost it after ballet) Day 1:Very close to a split, feet are close to touching my head again, right leg sore, but great improvement :) Day 2:I can split but my left leg wasnt perfect, but its alright, less pain to some stretches, great improvement :)

Anna is the best person ever, right now I am 8 years old and so productive and Anna makes me even more productive, and she has made me learn so many skills before I stared watching her videos the only things I could do was forwards rolls and backwards rolls but ever since I started watching her videos she has taught me to do a back bend, a middle split, a cartwheel, a handstand, and a cartwheel block! I am now learning to do a one hand cartwheel so I can be able to do a Ariel. Thank you so much Anna.
