As an intermediate level person: Day 1 - It felt nice I could do all the exercises without any pain Day 2 - It felt really good and my muscle pain was gone Day 3 - My muscles were tired so it made the stretching hard (I also caused a tiny tear in my spine! Be careful guys!!) Day 4 - I almost missed day 4 and it was 1AM but I still decided to do the exercises! It felt weird and bad since I didn't stretch for the whole day and then I was doing exercises at 1AM in the dark.. Day 5 - I have now started to notice slight changes in my back flexibility, as well as leg flexibility I could pretty much do a scorpion and splits!! **

For day 1 : deciding to keep this a secret workout * goes in closet does first step and kicks the bottom rail of my closet * the. I decide to just watch the video lol

this is inspiring me so much to strech every day! I have trauma from an environment that made stretching an association with said trauma, but I've watched and followed along with 3 whole videos of yours and I'm hoping I can stay on track! I already have my left and right splits, but I watched your scorpion, middle splits, and this video and I'm so exited for the day that I get those stretches! I also hope to get my back bend as good as yours!

I started 12/29/23 and I’ve seen progress. I’m trying to do needles and chinstands. I’m gonna do this routine for 3 weeks and update after Day 1: ✅ (for all days I also paired this routine with another back flexibility one) Day 2: ✅ noticed improvement Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ lots of progress Day 5: ✅ the routines felt easier for me today unlike other days. Day 6: ✅almost forgot to do it Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ I only did one stretching routine today instead of both because I was busy but still did it. Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13:✅ Day 14:✅ Day 15:✅ Day 16✅ Day 17: ✅ Day 18:✅
Imma update u guys for 2 weeks Day 1✅: tbh the backbend was a little uncomfortable. But I completed it! Day 2✅:it was much easier! And I actually landed the back bend and stayed!!! Day 3✅:I actually feel some changes! I feel like my back got a little more flexible!!! Day 4✅:I’m so happy cause there is such a big difference!!!!!! Day 5✅:OMGGGGG MY BACK FLEXIBILITY IS GETTING SO MUCH BETTER!!!!! Day 6✅:feels kinda like day 3 & 4,but I’m done! Day 7✅:OMG IM SO GOOD AT THE SEALSTRETCH NOW!!!! I CAN GO FARTHER THAN BEFORE One week done one more week to go! Day 8✅:I had a headache but I still did it! And I feel that my back is getting more and more flexible by the day!

Uhm you didnt do 2 weeks and its been 5 MONTHS…
I am really excited for this video. I want to improve myself more and more and I am really improving! By doing these tutorials, I really am reaching my goal. I can't explain my thanks to Anna, but still I thank you Anna, for putting your day and efforts in teaching everyone professionally through your videos. Thank you so much. 🙂 P.S. I DID IT! I HOLDED THE BACKBEND INTILL THE TIMER STOPPED!! This has to be my favorite stretch routine ever! It has a little challenge to it but not to intense. Nobody can replace Anna. Ive tried other routines by different, they didn’t feel that good as Anna’s. I just lost a lot of my Flexibility and I’m starting to do a mini leg hold! Thank you so much Anna, I wish all teachers were like you! 💗

Doing this for 20 days! Day 1: ❤ Day 2:❤ Day 3: ❤ Day 4:❤ I see a huge difference since day 1! My back is way more flexible Day 5: ❤ Day 6:❤ Day 7: ❤️ Day 8: on holiday Day 9: on holiday Day 10: on holiday Day 11: on holiday Day 12: on holiday Day 13: on holiday Day 14: ❤ omg! OMG TYSM ANNA! Because of you I have my left and right splits, scorpion/needle, aerial, oversplits, bow pose, I can do seal stretch the way you can do it Anna, arabesque, I can hold my handstand for a really long time, I have a 6 pack, chin stand, really slim thighs and I am really healthy now Anna all because of u

@@kacie.kate.. It’s where you do a split but instead of just going into a regular flat split on the ground in 180 degrees, you do it beyond 180 degrees . So it’s basically a split that isn’t flat and it’s done with your legs and hips at an obtuse angle which if you don’t know is over 180 degrees ! A straight line is 180 degrees , so I hope this helped .

I’ve been doing Anna’s back stretches for a month now and I’m really happy about my results so far! I absolutely could NOT do anything with my back before, really stiff and zero flexibility. But now I’m half way through my back bend and it’s really helped my posture too!
This was one of the best stretch routines I’ve seen!!! It was a really good stretch combination, and made me feel really accomplished! Thank you for being so kind and amazing Anna, you’re my favorite KZreadr!
Thanks a lot Anna! I’m like ballet a lot, I can remember the moves but the thing is I’m not flexible, I started to stretch everyday but that didn’t work, then I found your videos. I’ve been following all your routines and now I can do my splits and backbends very well!

Hi Anna, u help me get my splits and leg hold. Thank u so much i started gymnastics early and it was embarrassing when 8 year olds could do splits when I couldn’t, im not embarrassed about that anymore.
I’m trying to do an floor needle! keeping you guys updated every day! ✅DAY 1: felt super uncomfortable in the floor needle ✅DAY 2: felt a bit more comfortable and got my leg a tiny bit further to the ground ✅DAY 3: felt way different than day 1 and got my foot like 2 centimeter from the ground ✅ DAY 4: ONE CENTIMETER TILL THE GROUND! ✅ DAY 5: it mostly felt like day 4 and was a bit sad

Thank you so much Anna, for the past year that I have known you / your channel, I have achieved many goals - over splits, front walkover, needle, head-to-toe, chest stand, elbow stand, hand stand and a few more. You have REALLY helped me out for the past year and I have gotten alot more flexible. I would love to learn how to do a contortion handstand but whenever I try to either fall over or I just cannot get my leg to come over and my back starts to hurt. I have tried your old contortion handstand tutorial bur I do not seem to have enough back flexibility. Could you please do another contortion handstand tutorial? PLEASE! Thank you.

Hi Anna! I'm Lily. I do your stretches once a day or 5x a week and it's really helping me get more flexible! Somehow, I was born more flexible, so since I was a kid, I was always able to do splits and bridges and all that. Your videos has helped me get even MORE flexible! I'm one of the most flexible people in my school now! Ty!

Anna you help me so much with becoming more flexible and I’m starting cheer and gymnastics soon so I want to prove my mom I try and I just really want to be flexible! I will definitely do this for two weeks!
Those who found this in 2023 and cant stop using it! I’ll keep you guys updated for 1 week. Day 1 |✅| I felt a lot of pain while stretching, but I didn’t give up. Day 2 |✅| I felt more comfortable in the seal stretch and bridge, but I didn’t see progress.. Day 3 |✅| I was so much more stretchy on day 3! A lot better than day 1 Day 4 |✅| I started gymnastics but I’m still a noob in my age group. Day 5 |✅| I won a bridge race and started building up skills! Day 6 |❌| I was at a party Day 7 |✅| My teacher rewarded me for participation and flexibility. I am now the most flexible person on my gymnastics AND cheer team!!

I honestly am soo excited for this one because I feel like I've only Been working on my back for the last 2 weeks so this should add more variety! I'm trying to get the splits and my leg hold by the end of the year so I can hopefully get onto the cheer team. It's september 10 right now, reply to ask about my progress. Oh yeah, by year I mean school year which is in may, but I think tryouts are going to be in April so that's my goal date! Wish me luck! Day 2: staying consistent!
I have been doing these stretches for a few days, when I wake up I do these stretches once every 3 hours and I was an inch or so away from my left split and now I can do my left and right split thank you so much!

Can I ask what stretches of hers you used? Like what videos got you flexible? Cause I have been doing this stretching video everyday for months and I haven't gotten very much more flexible
keep u updating for a review ( I am a dancer ) DAY ONE ✅ I got closer to doing the splits + my back feels a lot better DAY TWO ✅ feel better in more of my stretches, I feel more flexible DAY THREE didn't do because I wen to the easter show ! DAY FOUR ✅ I'm sooooo close to the splits !! DAY FIVE ✅ I feel way more stretched, GOT MY SPLITS DAY SIX ✅ I had dance and I felt sooo good DAY SEVEN ✅ was tired and had dance again, felt good ! DAY EIGHT ✅ I woke up really sore buttt you have to keep consistent so I just did my leg stretch because my neck and back were sore DAY NINE didn't do, was busy DAY TEN ✅ gotta keep consistent ! the stretch felt good DAY ELEVEN ✅ I'm also doing the daisy leech workout and OMGGGGG MY ABS HURT SO BAD DURING THIS
I’m trying to get more flexible for gymnastics, so I’ll update you guys!! (My body adapts to new changes quickly so the progress I see in me may not be accurate for everyone! Day 1 🤸🏻♀️ | I was pretty stiff, but I was able to do some of the intermediate stuff Day 2 🐬 | I was a lot looser lol, but some exercises were pretty hard for me to adjust to
I tried this flexibility challenge today for 3 times. It's so great so far and I will definitely do this for 2 weeks (14 days). I stopped doing gymnastics because of covid and I just want to stretch at home as much as possible. I'm excited to see the flexibility results. Anna is amazing and help us with our stretching routines and workout to get productive, she is so inspiring too! Ily!

When I made a backbend (I can nearly put my head below my legs/ my legs above my head! But it needs a lot of practice. It feels easy to go into it, but I’m scared, so when I get a more flexible back, I will try! ❤

i honestly love doing anna’s routines, they help SO MUCH! i look up to anna very much, she always is motivating me to stretch and get flexible!
updates! DAY 1: I hated all the back stretches except the backbend because I'm amazing at those but the one where you had to hold your foot with both hands I kept falling and couldnt stay in position. The leg ones were hard too. Overall, today 4/10!

Omg Anna is helping me so much with my flexibility!! I am currently in dance and my teacher told me that is all of my students and I can not get our foot over our head then we would have to keep doing warmups and so far I am getting closer to my foot over my head and closer to no warmups

Day 3 of trying this stretch routine! Day 6! Wednesday May 11th 2022! I can touch my toes without any bug struggle!!! Day 8! Friday may 13th, more confident to do the splits! it’s been a week and 1 day! Didn't know I could love a stretching routine so much until this one came out!!!!!
Started at: 24/07/2023 01:31 Day 1: i was really excited my arms were getting tired really fast and I can hold a backbend for 10 seconds Day 2: I feel like I’m getting better I can hold a backbend for 15 seconds Day 3: I’m getting better with my back I can hold a backbend for 28 seconds
I have a super unflexible back so this is exciting!!

My progress So basically I stopped doing Anna mcnukty stretches for like 7 or 8 months so i decided to resume it again so here's my progress Day 1:A bit hard and painful but not bad and good actually Day 2:Same as Day 1 found the advanced stretches hard so did beginner Day 3:More ready and understand the next step Day 4:Kinda better and more used to it Day 5:Began to do intermediate and it wasn't that bad Day 6:1st week is almost over yess,a bit of hard Day 7:yay 1st week done,not bad,getting there Day 8:Yay a new week,not as hard as last week Day 9:Not bad actually good Day 10:Doing the intermediate better Day 11:I'm getting better at intermediate Day 12:*Didn't stretch*because I had a doctor and dentist appointment Day 13:Woah OMG I didn't stretch for a day and now I can do advanced better??? Now I going wayyyyy better in the stretches Day 14:Same as Day 13 still good at advanced Day14/ 15:I did Day 15 because I skipped Day 12 to make it Day 14,pretty good I'm gonna take a break for the rest of this week to relax my bones and body like what I did in Day 12 and when I strat again it'll be better. Doing this for 5 weeks/35 days I’m not really flexible so I’m doing this to be more flexible Day 1: it was really hard but I did it Day 2: it was a bit easier but on the pigeon stretch it hurt a bit Day 3: it was getting easier 🎉 Day 4: ❌ I was busy Day 5: I’m starting to see a difference 6-9: ❌ I couldn’t I was busy with school

Thank you because in this period I'm stretching less because 1 I have less time and 2 I am concentrating on my strength (because my legs are quite flexible but very weak) and so I needed a quick routine for legs and back. I'll also try to complete the challenge and see my results!
hi! i used to stretch with her last year and was superrrr flexible but i stopped and lost all my progress, even became worse. this was the video i got flexible with, so i’m gonna keep track and start over! day 1: really really stiff. i’m doing this in the evening. i can’t get my splits and i used to be able to sit all the way down in the lunge. i do feel a stretch though, getting better!

tracking myself 🎀 also can be used as a progress bar day 1: ✔️ im advanced so i wasnt surprised it was easy, but since i stopped stretching it has a little kick to it day 2: ✖️forgot day 3: ✔️ did it but felt less stretchy day 4: ✔️ feeling way less stretchy 😢 edit: did it one more time at night and felt SO MUCH BETTERRR day 5: ✔️ did it day 6: ✔️ felt so much less stretchier and feels like ive never done any flexibility stretches 🙃 day 7: ✔️ didnt stretch but went to gymnastics which had basically the same ones day 8: ✔️ same as day 7 day 9: ✔️ completed and seeing progress day 10: ✖️was lazy day 11: ✔️ seeing noticeable progress day 12: ✔️ i feel so much less stretchy and the progress is gone . day 13: ✖️ just wnt to gymnastics day 14: ✔️ im losing all my motivation i cant see any progress and i lost my needle day 15: ✔️i got my needle back and progress ! stopped tracking but i will update on end of may note: I HAVE MY STRAIGHTENED NEEDLE OMGOMG

YAYYYY! I DID IT! I HELD THE BACKBEND FOR THE WHOLE TIMER! Imma update you guys bc im practicing for cheer! Day 1-COMPLETE: Soreeee! But i was able to do the backbend! Day 2-COMPLETE:Sleepy bc its 4AM but was able to do more of them without pain! Day 3-COMPLETE: FEELS LIKE DAY ONE!!!!😮💨 Day 4-COMPLETE: I feel more comfy in the bridge and almost can do a left split! Day 5-COMPLETE: Held the bridge for 35 seconds and so much closer to splits than day 1 :D! Day 6-COMPLETE:OMGGGGG! SO CLOSE TO MY LEFT SPLITSSS!!!!🤗🤗🤗 Day 7-COMPLETE:Backbend for 40 secs! 5 INCHES FROM THE GROUND! Day 8-COMPLETE:Held the backbend for 1 min, and close to 4 inches going strong :) Day 9-COMPLETE:Did most of them but not the backbend bc im sick 🤒 Day 10-bois and gurls, we lost em :( Day 11-COMPLETE: pretty late but got my back bend :D Day 12-COMPLETE: almost missed and it was 11:52PM but, I AM ONLY 3 NCHES AWAY FROM MY LEFT SPLIT (used to be 11 inches) Day 13-COMPLETE: I feel eh but im a high top converse away from the splits :) Day 14-COMPLETE:I did it!!!! Only 1 day missed :) and im 2 inches from the splits (^_^) Imma continue till i get my splits and become comfortable and until then, stay tuned!

I've been watching Anna's video tips for a while now and it gives me so much help to improve my flexibility... When i start to do you're flexibility tips and tricks i improve a lot better now.. Before i cannot do a split, side splits, over split, a regular back bend, a Scorpio and a scale but now i can do them all. Thank for the help Anna!! :))
I realized how inflexible I became, and I wanted to get flexible again just for the sake of high school sports - now I'm the most flexible person in the sport and I feel great!
currently updating! ! im trying to get back into dancing and cheer, so i need to get my flexibility back!! ☆゚. * ・ 。゚ ⭐️: day one: i got a random urge like "i want to sign up for cheer again!!" so i decided to get prepared before i do. i watched the other leg video (link: kzread.info/dash/bejne/pHmKrdeOoJOshco.html ). it hurt to do most of the back exercises but thats okay because we all have to start somewhere :)) i am able to do my leg lifts higher! ⭐️ day 2:
