It’s great to see that he always has time for his fans and is so genuine. Love to have a workout with this dude. 45 and only started weights 6 years ago. Damn it’s tough and takes me an age to build muscle. Although had a lumbar operation and a dodgy disc in the neck but still trying. Love his videos.

Sometimes when I’m watching you work out its almost like I’m there and listening to you about what you know. Before and after the gym sometimes can be a little slow. Watching Jay's semitendinosus flex through his shorts makes me feel...like my legs are skinny. And I agree, Jay's gym would be absolute fire! And look at that, 2 return requests and Jay immediately addresses the issue; what a class act businessman. I watched this entire video while working from my desk, took me all day to get through it as I had to go back and forth between work and the video, but it was well worth it; I not only learn lifting technique from Jay, my personal ethics are reinforced watching him conduct himself. Jay is the GOAT imo.

I'm a big fan of Jay and have always been, but it amazes me that he was ever able to get as big as he did half repping and seemingly never going close to failure. I know he does not build or compete now, but I noticed this in his old videos. At no point in time have I ever seen Jay doing close to full range of motion. Also never to failure or close. I hope people do not watch his videos for training instructions.

Wow carb force I remember that from the early 2000s are used to go to a 24 hour gym when I used to get off of work it used to help me through workouts

The gym situation all around the world is pretty dodgy, I’ve just been training at my home gym to keep it simple, really hoping things will fully open up again soon!!!

Gym looks amazing and huge , it’s like it’s got 5 of each machine. In uk our gyms are small and only have 1 of each machine and always full so can’t get a decent workout .
