Yeah I'm going through that right now i was with a man for 12 years and loved him with all my heart and its only been 4 1/2 months since i left him and i can't forget him or never get over him.

This woman has recorded some of the best female country songs of the last two decades and has one of the best female country voices of all time. I could listen to her all day everyday.

When those first notes hit, my mind immediately goes back to the life I had with him. After many mornings crying as we separated, we finally moved on. Those three or four notes at the beginning transferred me back to those times. That's how you know its an amazing song! When it captivates you from the onset and takes you down a walk of memories!

I was in love with someone and this is how we were didn't matter when or how far apart we were all it took was a phone call and we were back she passed away on April Fool's Day of 2023 and I will forever miss making that phone call to him

Yes it was heart wrenching to hear my wife play this song every morning when she acknowledged of having an emotional affair.

This is from 2005,when,while I guess you could say there was about a 50/50 mix of country pop and traditional country like this,enough songs like this were still being put out there to keep true country fans happy. If I didn't know the facts you could tell me this came out about 15 years earlier than it did,at around 1990 or so and I would believe it.

Can you imagine, just sitting down with this burning desire to write this wonderful song, in only 30 minutes ~ Odie Blackmon did ..... and what a wonderful job he made of it. Of course getting Lee Ann to sing it made a difference ~ but wow, what writing genius.
