I met my wife, and we dated for less than two months before I proposed to her. We married three months after I proposed. We just celebrated our 23rd anniversary last September after everyone told us we'd never make it because we didn't court long enough and that we were rushing into it. Sometimes, life does get in the way, and we have definitely had our ups and downs. Sometimes, I feel that I don't tell her I love her or appreciate her enough, and that's when I know it's time to put life on hold. I love her with my everything, and I look forward to the next 23 years with her!

I met my husband and he was 6 months out of prison. He still had that prison mentality. Something kept telling me he just needs someone to believe in him His family treated him awful. Fast forward 14 years. His mother passed away and at the visitation he tells his older brother, I am not that stupid kid who went to prison. My wife has softened this heart and helped me find that good man. I have now been with thiat good man now 16 years and ever time I hear this song I start to cry.

My mom was starting to get sick a couple of months ago...She went to see a bunch of specialist to see what kind of sickness she has. After 3 months they finally found out what it was. My mom never told me what she had until one day I saw her medication sitting on the counter. It said it was some type of cancer. Since then my mom can barely move. My heart breaks every time I see her in pain and there's nothing I can do. Love you momma❤️ Edit:Thanks for the support guys. My mom is doing fine but still diagnosed with cancer. I am also happy for my mom cause she is getting Married to her fiancé Jacob. I am happy that she has something other medication and pain.

I met my husband in high school. We started dating my senior year. He proposed 4 months of dating on Valentine's Day. We got married a year later and had our first child a year after that. We have 3 kids together and have almost been married 19 years in July. This Oct we will be together for 21 years. So many people said we were to young but look at us now. We have 2 teenaged boys and an almost preteen girl.

I'm in China for a month for work. I sent this to my wife. It made her cry. We've been together almost 30 years, married 25 years. I still feel that way about her.

@@landonking1784 Because that is how I viewed myself when I weighed over 300#. That was as much as my wife and I weighed combined when we met. But she still loved me no matter how my outside changed. I don't weigh that much any more. I swim 4 miles a day and even pushed myself to do 12 miles in 7 hours one Saturday. My wife, at 60, learned to swim and can swim a mile now. We bowl in 2 leagues together. She is my everything.

Thanks but I have doubts my life will ever get better. 31 years and a lifetime of trauma. I don't even trust good when it does come into my life anymore because of everything. And yet I listen to this song hoping one day I'll be proven wrong and things will get better...for others too not just for me. Maybe I'll just have to accept a lonely life though. At least I know the voids peaceful and there for me when it is my time to die.

I was dating this girl for about 6 months. Have always had my guard up due to my heart always being beaten and scarred. Long story short just when I decided I was ready to let it down, she told me a relationship isn't what she wants with anybody because she needs to grow and focus on her goals right now. Looking back I'm glad all we have are great memories, moments, laughs and I gave 110% to make her feel special like no one else had. I played this song for my wife almost a year ago now while she was taking a bath. She gave me that smile she gave me the day I fell in love with her. She is my whole world. I've never been so in love in my life. We have been together for 6 years and would have been married 4 years in April...unfortunately we have been falling apart the last 6 months...and yesterday we finally split...I'm very much a wreck today but the reasoning for this comment is to spread some wisdom and make sure you don't make the same mistakes I did. I'm probably the last person that can give relationship advice but take her to lunch tell her how you feel. show her that you love her. I've learned from experience that as you are with someone for a long time it feels sometimes that that fire that was there when you first got together starts to fade bit that's because you get busy either with work or being patents. some people stop "dating" their significant other and focus more on kids and stuff. it may take awhile or it may not work at all. but it's worth a shot. I would hate for you to not at least try to go get what you want then to regret not trying later. like my dad always said the best things in life are the ones you have to work hard for

While reading the editing I just woke up from my dream that I had a long time in my childhood how I was determined to find a foreign boy as it was like a early calling of my life by God . I met one online never thought it will go this much of years and to see as failure as you name it! So I am to tell you here how much a depression it would have been for another person who is not born of Holy Spirit but I went through all of it and knew that GOD HAS SOME KIND OF A PLAN even I do not know yet. Sometimes we learn through people and incidents by living with them . As everything happens for a reason it can be him for me to learn that there in this world still living those demons in human forms and also how they treat Gods children and play bulling, disgracing , hypnotizing, brain washing, narcissistic behaving. So all these I experienced with him but finally God saved me

I read this comment right after I read this: My husband passed away on February 6th. It has really bothered me since then that he didn't tell me bye when he knew he was dying. Today I am sitting at a drive thru and this song comes on the radio and I had never heard it before and I look up and the car in front of me has a sticker on it. It was my husband's name.
