Yes this is the same ashta 😍 u can bake the shaabiyet between 15 to 20 minutes on high heat or until they crispy and golden brown
How do you store it and keep it crispy for days?

sadaf kazi sorry I never try it at home it needs to much work so I always buy it ready u can find from any Mediterranean shop or Turkish shop .
Please which one is called ward el sham, are they the same thing? Please reply me I need to make this thanks so much

Jossephine Avoryie Hi darling yeah they are the same but lebanese people they call it shaabiyet and Syrian people they call it ward al sham also some people they make it with the same dough but different shape 😊

Wa alaykoum al salam, ita better if u make them fresh before 2 hours but if u wana make them before day just make sure u don't add the syrup on them until served : )

Kanana78 yes it works with phyllo pastry but it’s going to be different with the taste and crunchiest .
