I cried. Silently. Powerful speech. You really made me silent! Thank You.
I really get fascinated watching people experiencing something that just changes their life in beautiful way I love hearing to people' experiences and even share my own. Every word she spoke was worthy, I respect her.
Thank you very much woman...this gave me more courage to embrace silence
Been where you were... I also made a decision to be metaphorically silent, went analogue for like three years, and wrote a lot and it all changed my life... I became more productive and more aware of myself and my environment. And also got better relationships.

She lost her father and her mother is suffering from cancer. May god provide strength to their family

Learning to be silent is enabling a more peaceful internal conversation .
Great talk! She is Very smart, wise, and decisive. At significant moment in her life, she chose good thing that is designed by God. So, she is humble.
This talk is really underrated
Powerful and vulnerable talk. Well done.
Listen to this young lady. She is absolutely right.
This was so incredible to listen to, to take in, she’s truely inspired me. I’m going to write in my daily list - silence - bc I know it would easy to forget otherwise. It’s so ingrained in us to go against silence that I think a daily reminder could really be a lot of help to stay on the silent path xx

Uncertainty Avoidance is a known social phenomenon which used to be cliches and small talk to include strangers but became using our phones to exclude strangers

Awesome..i So wanted to understand the importance of SILENCE...Thank you Berklee valencia
I used to belong to an art \ craft group, and there was woman who was always on facebook, via her phone, and when she would find something that amused her, she would give a cackling laugh and, despite someone else speaking, she would feel compelled to interrupt and thrust her phone under everyone else's noses. The others in the group found it "charming, " I never did; whenever she interrupted me, I would not finish what I'd been saying before her interruption, giving her some credit for being intelligent enough to realize how rude she was being. She finally learned just enough to say, "Sorry...", but within ten minutes, she would do it again.
very emotional & effective... thanks TATIANA OLIVEIRA SIMONIAN also true silently... :)

'One's words are not better than silence. One should keep silent.' Ancient saying.
Awesome💖
Wow great.
I am watching through my phone in the bathroom.
I feel that this video might change my life.
Watching this sitting in the bathroom and smiling at point 3:10
She had few points in this talk. I really like how she talked and her relitive tangents to me i saw a well fit puzzle. Not big but but dificult and detailed definetly mpre detail then lead on because ultimetly her message less is more and delivered the message in a nice compact convienient package just enough for anyone facing the issues of chaos to understand without becoming overwelmed
Take care
👍🙏
Simply pulchritude
What does she mean by writing down. Please help me understand this.

Yes even I didn't understand
I'm trying to but this video is playing
are you kidding? people like Tony Robins should not be millionaires when videos like this have less than 100k views. for shame
How can someone jot down what moves through his subconscious?
who else is watching this during Corona?it seems like Corona is forcing me to use my phone more I used to use my phone less
Glad you tried to grow up!
I used to embrace silence like her. Then the events of 2020 onward began and I became swept up in the absurdity of everything going on meanwhile having great investment success. Now I feel trapped in the noise because if I go back to silence I'll be back "in the dark" as my peers once told me. Double edged sword. Now in regards to cat videos and tik tok I 100% agree. Single edged sword. It's a shame KZread is trying to be more like tik tok because I have to jump through some hoops now to avoid the suggested videos.
Silence is the language of God all else is poor translation
I feel like we are mistaking being focused and silence here... Personal opinion🤷♂️
*quit drinking alcohol....
If this talk actually meant something to you then u must be in a bad place haha. Everything that she said is so obvious. I hope that most people dont need this video to understand these concepts. Hope it helps though if you dont already know ✌
