    English recipe is below of the Chinese recipe. 面团--面粉300克,干酵母各3克,糖发酵粉,鸡蛋1个,水160克 糖面团 -- 50克糖,15克蜂蜜,30克温水,50克油,80克面粉 您可以制作面团并在盒子中冷藏过夜。 第二天拿出来半小时就可以做早餐了。 对我们来说有点大了,我要做10个糖皮果子。 Dough -- 300 gm flour, 3 gm each dried yeast, sugar baking powder, 1 egg, 160 gm water Sugar dough -- 50 gm sugar, 15 gm honey, 30 gm warm water , 50 gm oil, 80 gm flour You can make the dough and chill over night in a box. Next day take it out for half an hour and can make and fry them for breakfast. It is a bit big for us, I will make into 10 sugar coated Chinese doughnuts.
