I have a beach cruiser with the Shemano 8 speed internal hub and it ships awesome Sounds just like yours when you're up shifting Wish they had some decompression when you downship though lol

The sound of the revs and shifting sounds so beautiful

I'm using 66/80cc noter with jackshaft kit with a 3 speed single cog strummy hub works so much better with single cog and 3 speed internal gets up to 40 but I need a yd 100

why does it sound like a dirt bike engine holy, better than my athena! Thats why I wish they made transmissions for these things

Finally a somewhat full suspension motorized bicycle. I figured there'd be a lot more FS motorized bike builds online. Even a generic full suspension on an e-bike/motorized bike, makes a huge improvement VS hard tail. I wanna cut up & weld together a beefed up full suspension motorized bicycle frame using a couple FS steel donor bicycle frames I have laying around. I have the welder & frames but no more garage or 220V outlet....It'd be great if they started making/selling those gas tank frames with a rear suspension version.

Thinking of a swing arm on a huffy. Just make sure the rotation point near the back of the engine .

@@shadprojects One donor frame is a cheap steel Huffy with 1 big pivot point. I know on a e-bike that's heavier than normal bike. Even having a low end cheap rear suspension makes a big improvement VS no suspension.

Wouldn't it make sense to put the twist grip on the right and rear derailleur shifter on the left, since you don't have a front derailleur? That requires some weird custom brackets but worth it? How about a four stroke version? Does the bike chain wear out fast or snap at some point?

1) it'll be a lot of work switching out the hydraulics and lines. Also, that'll probably be uncomfortable because of muscle memory of right always on backs. 2) Sorry, I have never had a 4 stroke, so idk. 3) Yes chains do break. You'll have to get an expensive eBike chain for the added torque.

Impressive considering that was a $150 walmart bike (Next Avalon)...on my Avalon I installed Cane Creek sealed bearing Headset and an old Manitou Mars air suspension fork...wish i could find a nice rear shock upgrade that fits

Good day. This is actually the Northwoods Mens Pomona bike. They do look the same. The engine was a super tight fit. Had to edit a lot for it to work out. I agree about the small rear shock.

@@shadprojects unbelievable how you fit all that engine inside and even a reed valve! i think its the exact same frame, that is licensed to Kent, Next etc...good thing because this means its easy to source replacement frame(i love this bike) so im currently installing a Staton Friction Drive with Zenoah 430 2-smoke on my bike because I don't have mechanic skills like you yet lol...hey u got a build up blog for that bike?

@@shadprojects Subscribed. I think you will have started a new trend now that Youve proven to the world how well that frame (when upgraded) can handle as a mild trail bike. Obviously alot of that was riding skill but I doubt you'd of gone that fast without the full suspension and fork upgrade.

Could you mount a sprocket to the clutch assembly somehow? That way you would avoid using a jackshaft

Hey man, Important parts: ld100 engine kit mz65 pipe sickbikeparts jackshaft kit(unsure if they still sell this) shimano deore 9 speed shifter SHIMANO CN-E6070 9 Speed E-Bike chain I don't recommend this bike frame because I had to custom it to fit frame.

What chain are you using in your bicycle drive train?
