They cost less than a hundred dollars, that’s absolutely nothing for an engine and it shows with their poor performance. Overheating easily, extreme vibrations. On top of that it’s strapped to a cheap bicycle. If you want to trust that with your life then go ahead I don’t care and no one is stopping you bro

Yet a couple years back posts a video of him claiming 70mph on a small 20-ish T sprocket. Dude claims real videos are fake & his fake videos are real 🤪 Probably the result of a fragile ego & jealousy. 😂

The ghetto wheels are great, but many people are very disappointed in their service. Might take a year to get, no joke. I like the 26" tires but it seems like a lot of guys are going for 17s and 18s now, even 24s. I would look up Gemini hubs and wheels. They sell them at MBRebel and you can get them in weeks instead of months. All Will Kid is the maker on facebook and he sells hubs and wheels made.

Valves will launch off the cam and hang open as the piston comes back and bends it. Stiffer springs solve that.

ya that kx85 pipe hit is no joke. Even a cr80 or scooter pipe is so much smoother. But its kinda fun to be honest :)

40 tooth wheel sprocket, 10 tooth engine sprocket, 26 inch tires, 15000 rpm = 70.97 mph

@@stevenharkreader7380 no I'm pretty sure it would . They can take 5hp flat head Briggs no problem. The problem is shifting. If you don't shift right it'll break instantly . The hubs from the 70s n 80s are beast

I was trying to think 🤔 of something better than a jackshaft kit & derailleur for gears and thought if someone built a beefed up 3 speed hub for motorized bikes they could sell a ton. Have a right side fixed gear for your pedal sprocket & on left side, setup for sprocket & disc brake.

@@michaelbrinks8089 a Shimano 3 spped hub. One from the 60s or 70s is ideal Since the new one are extremely delicate. Old one are a lil stronger. You can't miss shift at all or it'll break the lil ratcheting teeth. I've never seen anyone use the set up but me. N I broke my last one a while back n gave up n haven't had a 3speed since . But man you'll love it while it last. I'll help the best I can through here if attempt to get one. Ebays probably your best bet

Wow so 30 degrees blowdown? If you go WOT continuous from a low rpm is there any ‘lag zone’ in rpm where it struggles a bit with the porting/pipe being out of phase etc? My bikes all have it and some are down to 15* BD. I think my pipe design may be to blame

What overlay program did you use? Stupid GoPro only lets me do it on the phone app and then the vid gets super grainy. Don’t want to spend $99 for that 3rd party ‘GoPro telemetry extractor’

Everything you see I have done for free. I use a program on my phone called TrackAddict which records all the data. Then I take that data and put it on my pc with a app called RaceRender. Everything free. If you want to make long videos I think there is a charge but I think 3min videos are free.

32t sprocket a good pipe and a good carb will get you there. I ran 50ish on a 36t with just a pipe and a head. Good jetting also. No filter or cover.

exhaust will give the most increase everywhere on the RPM.

Hi My friend i hit 50 w My china motor PK 80 MZ cilinder 48 mm w Oz reed and the cilinder is the tranfer Open so is have 4 tranfer righ i did the "third tranfer " no the intake righ now i tunning My carbutetor because the last time running lean i have 98 Main jet and 50 Pilot jet the air screw is one and a half out and nos i close complete because i thing that is the problem running lean ti much air i ley You know how ho running this next monday i hit You Buy messenger bie

God damn son! This makes my bike seem so slow 😂 what's the secret to getting some more power. I've got a pk80 and I don't feel like it could even pull taller gearing than the 44 that's on it.

This is a fully build CNC case Athena 80cc, so ya its gonna be faster than a china doll. But chinas can be fast, just gotta put the work in. Ill be doing a full walk around video of the bike soon keep an eye out for it, it will have all the details.

Paul D.B , use a timing degree wheel and grind some proper port timing as well as proper port shape then you've got to get the carburetor jetted and tune correctly oh yes oh yes and let's not forget a proper exhaust pipe. A CNC case don't make more power it just makes them look cool and cool points don't make HP just being honest here. Any Chinese motor of equal displacement if ported properly and jetted properly capable of doing this and more. But yes it runs good, She rips Aey!

A proper expansion chamber will add at least 1hp on it's own. Aside from that, you can port the cylinder (allows higher max RPM), and add a reed valve with a windowed piston. Adding a boost port or a 3rd transfer port in addition to the reed valve will give you even more power

not on a motor bicycle you cant, the engine probably puts out around 10hp or so so not possible
