Ty for this useful info
I have tried many supplements for my severe anxiety. Eventually i think lavender cud me my main effective cures. I started by taking lavender oil in a capsules, to swallow lavender essentials oils in olive oil. Now I find taking 1 table spoon of lavender flower bud to be very effective. Neutralising my anxiety, especially stomach funny feeling, within 15 minutes. Yes I think my anxiety is due to my guts problems and foods sensitivity. If I eat wheat flour cooked in cooking seed oil, i will hv severe emotion swing for the few hours to few days. So i now countering my anxiety as guts problems and stomach discomfort. Supplements that i find useful, Vit b1 b3 b5 inositol. D3 + k2 mk4 Magnesium, zinc copper manganese Omega3 min 2 grams each of epa and dha Msm L carnosine SAM e NAC Pharma gaba + L glutamine Pau d'arco + slippery elm Aloe vera Pre pro and pos biotic
Thank you, Doctor. Excuse me. Are there nutritional supplements that have the same effect as the anticonvulsant primidone (Mysoline)?

Hi Nishi! Thanks for these videos, they're super helpful and clear. Between lavender tea and essential oil, which one can be more effective? And can I mix that with L-theanine capsules?

Hi Mariana, glad you're finding the videos helpful! As for which form to use, tea vs essential oil will be up to individual preference. Lavender can generally be taken with L-theanine but there is a risk of lowering the blood pressure when using both at the same time. Hope that helps!
I spread lavender essential oil on my sleep device for mild sleep apnea.

@@IntraBalance I can't tell if it helps the sleep, but I like the taste and the fresher breath effect! 🙂

How much lavender oil (it says safe to ingest) do I try at bedtime? Should I take a drop in a small amount of water or will that be too much?
@IntraBalance

It's generally not recommended to take lavender oil by mouth unless specifically formulated for ingestion, as you said. If it is to be taken by mouth, it's best to take a preparation like Silexan that is formulated for oral use, and shown to be effective at doses of 80mg. Hope that helps!

@@IntraBalance Thank you for your response. I looked at the label last night and it said to use one drop in 4 oz of water so I tried that. Not sure it did anything to help me sleep and the taste and smell were pretty gross but maybe I'll try it again tonight to see if I can tell if there's a difference. Being fat-soluble, I imagine that you could maybe get a buildup in your system, so I won't take it every day.
