Tone It Up hi Kat! I have a 4 month old. I’m not experiencing post partum depression but I did experience baby blues for the first month and now I think I am experiencing post partum anxiety. Any tips on how to overcome that? How do you find time to workout/eat healthy? I’m having such a hard time with that and am having a hard time accepting my post partum body.

@@brittneya9697 Congratulations! PPA isn't uncommon and can be really challenging! have you found a local support group or therapist? I love this video. I talked to my doctor about PPD. I asked him if there was a supplement I could take. The lack of sleep was taking a big toll on my body. He recommended vitamin B complex and I think it really helped. I just wanted to share that info with all of you.

This hits home so much. Had PPD with both kids and what they don’t tell you is that sometimes it can last longer than just the immediate months following birth. But there is hope! 💜

I think this is really helpful not just in regards to PPD, but just depression in general. I'm not a mom but a lot of the stuff you were talking about and how to deal with it I found to be really helpful and encouraging to all of us as women.

Great video! All mammas or soon to be mammas remember that postnatal depression may not be immediate. It may be 6-12 months after the birth that you become depressed. Seek help, and have realistic expectations for yourself! ~from a midwife

Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm a new mom (2 months into this!) and am struggling with all that you touched on. Getting out of the house, having this little life depend fully on me 24/7, worrying I won't be good enough, and of course adjusting to this new body where nothing fits. Your vulnerability makes me feel normal and able to overcome all the emotions! Saved this video to watch again when I'm feeling alone.

Thank you for this video. I have 3 daughters ages 4 and under. After each delivery, I experienced PPD, and it became worse with each consecutive child. It’s essential for women to know that it’s normal to go through this. There’s nothing to be ashamed of. I’m preparing to start trying for baby #4. Motherhood is wonderful and beautiful. Talking openly with your support network is paramount.
