    Do I have to suck my tummy in with the abs workouts ?

    Hi there, great question… there’s no need to suck your tummy in and actually, I would suggest you avoid doing that. If you’re having trouble connecting to your core and the breath alone isn’t helping, you might imagine gently tightening a corset around your waist or zipping up a pair of tight jeans as you exhale.
