Its crazy that he does most of his workouts alone. I imagined these guys at his level are working out with a trainer every single time, being coached and so on. But mostly I see him doing his workout alone and only rarely does he have a trainer or a friend there. True determination.

You know with social media these days we are more involved in the contestants lives then ever before. Character plays a much bigger part today then in the history of the sport. Chris really portrays what a champion should be on and off the stage.

I wonder if he knows hes the most aesthetic man in the world? Not only that but he also is one of if not the most supportive and kind hearted people in the world too! Such an absolute blessing to be able to take this 4 year winstreak journey with you Chris. I'd do anything to be able to spend a day with you. 🙌

It’s crazy how it’s now December. Peak week. I can’t wait to see you step on stage. You inspired me to get bigger and better. I’ve lost 12 pounds to illness and this is what pushes me to get back in the gym
