Another very good video! We love our Scion xB's! I just can't get behind the wheel of another KIA. I got burned by one in the past. But, your videos are more than just another car review and that is why you now have another sub. Great content! Well thought out. A little history sprinkled in and all of the info an interested buyer would need.

Hey Ethan, love the vids... I, like you had a first gen xB. That was a great car for me and I think Kia is nailing it with their box car. Most people don’t get it, but those that do are treated to an incredibly roomy car, for such a small overall footprint vehicle. I think box car drivers should come up with a gesture when they pass one another like motorcyclists and Jeep owners have! So cool to be in the know! A big feeling car doesn’t have to be big.

One of my top two fav 2020 Kia Soul videos and I'd probably give the edge to yours: I had never heard of the Korean Friendship bell prior to watching your video. Informative & entertaining . Really great video. I just bought a 2020 Kia Soul S to alleviate the box car withdrawal I was experiencing since selling my 2007 Honda Element. Turbo was several grand outa reach unfortunately.

Rented one on Oahu over the New Year’s holiday. It was a non-turbo “S” version. We loved it for all the same reasons! Needs a manual, though.

I got the base model because it's the only one with a manual transmission and halogen lights, and I am not a fan of automatics/cvts. I'm impressed by the quality and the ride.

Saw the TJ Cruiser at the Chicago Auto Show, apparently I'm not the only one that want's that vehicle made 13:00

The Hyundai Veloster Turbo is considered a sub compact car where the engine and drivetrain are shared from. Obviously the practically is not comparable to the Soul.

Unfortunately, it is not available in Down Under...it really suits my need.

They really are trying to kill the turbo option for this by its crazy high pricing. Yikes. Too much of the same for a bigger price tag. The lower trim cars are not impressive. Grr I'm angry with the world today!

Haha! Yeah it is a significant price jump to get the Turbo motor, but it is bundled with a ton of features, some of which I don't really need. I'd love to see a more stripped down Soul with the same motor and a manual!

I was invited to the launch of this car at my local dealer. They had all three models there on display. I told them I would want a fully loaded car with the incandescent bulbs for the tail lights and turn signals, but they don't do that. It is a shame the crash ratings on this car are so bad.

I have a feeling more and more cars are going to ditch incandescent bulbs! Where are you seeing bad crash ratings? IIHS gives it their highest rating. www.iihs.org/ratings/vehicle/kia/soul-4-door-wagon/2020

I have Kia soul GT line 2.0 (Neptune blue) bought last may with only 15 miles when I bought it) until this year with 8000 miles i started having problem it's been in a shop 4 times in counting 😡😡😡 engine shut of by it self!!while parking.(dashboard light says Auto stop is off shift to park or N start Engine.)well I haven't get a chance to turn off ignition yet! But engine is shut already I uploaded 5 different videos here maybe someone can figure it out what's wrong Kia corporate already aware of it but so far I'm stuck of a new car that engine ceases .

@@HelloRoad they been replacing different parts of my new car first faulty coil s, second faulty cooling system, same problem 😑.third time and fourth times still couldn't figure it what's wrong.i called corporate and asked them if they can just buy back my car .

SMALL gas tank and poor fuel economy is why I got rid of my 2010 for the xB. I hated having to stop on the return trip for work to fill up. There is no reason why this car should have worse fuel economy than the Scion!
