RIP Lari White. Beautiful lady and a wonderful singer. Billy, if you’ve seen the movie “Castaway”, Lari was the woman Tom Hanks met at the crossroads in the middle of nowhere. He was trying to deliver her package he’d saved while he was marooned on that island.

oh no way! damn. looked so different.

I was such a huge fan of this lady. Man, I was so in love with her. One of the most underrated and under pushed artists ever. Two of Lari's bigger Hits "Ready Willing and Able" and "Stepping Stone" had no music videos. She performed those songs on TV live a few times, but I can't find the footage on KZread. There is a Music video which was really just a live concert video to "Lead Me Not". This song that she wrote is so awesome. Why her record labels were too damn cheap to produce more videos is beyond me? Why wouldn't they want to showcase this gorgeous woman more? Many of her finest songs were never released as singles, and some of them went on to be big hits for other people. Still ticks me off.

I always felt like Travis Tritt was lowkey a great actor and doesn't get credit for it. They might only be music videos, but he's so GOOD as an actor in them.

I have always loved this song so much. I think most of us have been there in one way or another.

A good Travis Tritt song is I'm Gonna Be Somebody. He also did a cover of The Eagles, with the Eagles, Take It Easy.

If it was real love you never really get over it !! That person will always be in your heart some where in a little corner and the only way you no you are over is when you happen to see that person again and you have no feelings come in your heart !!!

There is an old saying "the best way to get over someone is to get under someone new" and there is some truth in that.

Definitely have to play "Foolish Pride" by Travis Tritt, as others have mentioned in this comments section, and many others. One of the many best songs by Mr. Tritt. Personally though, and you're probably tired of reading me state it, but you need to go back to a Gary Allan song a day. Gotta go with "No Regrets" to start it off, the rest is pretty much EVERY Gary Allan song that is on KZread. You said yourself, Billy, that his songs make you think and make you feel. So you're perceptive enough to know just how good his music is and that it isn't your typical modern pop-country. Do it! DO IT! LOL!

I had all my kids with one man, who cheated on me constantly. Divorced and Single for 3 years. I used many men to help me get over what I thought was the love of my life. Turns out, the love of my life showed up later and we've been together for almost 20 years now. But I can understand this song, because I was looking for something to help me get over my ex. Turns out, I had to deal with my baggage from the first marriage to be happy in the 2nd and final marriage. PS My son is older than you, so you are still a Baby to me ;)

If you want a really good song. Play Blaine Larson. "No one cares" he'll amaze you. He's young and that's actually him. I met him. His voice is amazing. You'd love it
