Matti I really enjoyed your sample shots! Also to hear you reason about things is extremely pleasant. Personally I would love to see a 90mm macro 2x autofocus lens from Laowa.

laowa has 10th anniversary ... that is the reason for the timing of this release. i also assume every wide angle lens is working fine with manual focus for run&gun street photography.

Excuse me, but the Photos in your KZread Video seems to me shot around the world. Are the all made by you?

Great content Matti. I have a newbie question: If a already have Sony E 4/10-18 OSS lens. Do you think it will be beneficial for me to purchase this Laowa lens? Thank you for your response.

The Laowa is a full frame lens and your lens is an APS-C lens. So if you have a full frame camera the Laowa makes sense.

@@mattisulanto But it is too wide a Lens for my taste, my 14mm Sony Lens is WIDE enough, sometimes too wide. I have found that the 14mm is great for street/urban/city photography but not so good for nature and Landscape photography.

Based on quality control issues from its previous lenses, I'm out.

That’s it. Lots of reports of decentering on previous models… which is bearable on a super cheap lens, but too big a risk for the money they want this time.

let me tell you why laowa chose 10mm as their first af lens It's their 10th anniversary!(since 2014) XD
