I don't think she's underrated at all, all of her albums hit billboard top 3 have 30 million monthly listeners on spotify, she's just not mainstream as taylor or Ariana or dua but I don't think even she wants that. Her music can never be mainstream like theirs, this girl can pull you in now most songs are about being in the moment that's why people are listening to it and streaming it. But I do think Lana has been successful in creating her own fan base including me.

As an extreme example, listen to Pavarotti and how he changes the dynamic of his voice. That's an insanely well controlled fluctuation. But what Lana does in her live performances is, as I said, all over the place. She doesn't seem to have any command of her resonance and tone

I thought at least the celebrities would dress better since they are well travelled and seen how people dress up in other parts of the world. But she dresses beautifully when she goes to any events, probably they are picked up for her.

When I first listened to Lana, ten years ago, I’ve immediately fell in love with her voice and melancholy. I used to listen and cry to this version of Born to die when going through a very tough breakup, four years ago. Still to this day, this version gives me goosebumps… so beautiful and sad.
