Hi Suzi Luck Has Arrived...sounds like you'll be bringing your luck to NV one day? NV is a great place...the summers are super hot, with little to no humidity like some of South Florida. Welcome (one day soon)!

If you can zoom in at 13:29 you will notice that big sign way back there that says Marble Mesa and it will be by Richmond American so maybe they are taking all the land on the left the model home for marble mesa are almost done.

@@lakelasvegaslife7903 yes a big billboard sign by Richmond American that says Marble Mesa . Straight back way back and to the left of it are the model homes going up.

Can you provide what real estate company you'd recommend that specializes and also resides in Lake Las Vegas? Are there a lot of "pocket sales" going on? Thanks.

Hi Fran! I am sure there are Pocket sales going on. I know of one that happened in my neighborhood several months ago. The neighbor was playing around with the idea of selling his home, and he happened to live across the street from a realtor that knew an investor that was looking for a 1031 exchange opportunity, so the realtor made the deal happen and the home was never even listed on the market. I do not have a Lake Las Vegas realtor that I could recommend. However it seems that the "official" real estate office representing Lake Las Vegas is Sotheby's International, the Lake Las Vegas branch.

The Peaks by Taylor Morrison just had their last move ins about a month ago so it is finished the other ones up nest to it have been finished for a couple of years. Sorry to tell you this but for some reason Taylor Morrison is still using the William Lyons homes name for their initial building permits but there really isn't any William Lyons homes anymore Taylor Morrison bought them about a year ago as a matter of fact when the Peaks first started it was a William Lyons development. And that portion of the road and street lamps and terraced off lots were done over 15 years ago and when the great recession hit the original developer walked away from it , well, they went bankrupt as did all of Lake Las Vegas the new master developer is just now coming back to that area and they just paved the rest of that road on the other side of the barriers for a very long ways but I don't know exactly what is being built up further. Notice how much darker the road is going straight that's because that portion which goes for over a mile was just cut and paved a couple of months ago. Haha I should wait and watch the whole video before commenting that is where I turned around in my car I didn't want to get security called on me being it was so far but I am extremely curious to know who is building and how many homes.

Very interesting information Jesse! Thank you for clarifying the details. I just looked it up and see that Taylor Morrison did acquire Williams Lyons Homes 2 years ago! Looks like Mr. William Lyon died only a few months after his company was acquired. Interesting...let's see what is put up there!
