I have a Kyosho USA 1 VE, and i put the 4 wheel steering kit on it with 20mm axle extenders.. it handles and turns so much better

That is such a nice looking truck and it performs well for what it’s intended for. Might be a must buy for me

You can use the digital hobbywing esc card for tuning. The brakes are on the lowest setting from factory.

I'm passing on both 😞, nitro & electric ! I due have both O.G's....neither compares to the new releases, in the durability & performance department. I have the mad crushers, I'm copping 2 bodies for my vintage. The new USA 1's are beast 💪 & everytime I see it run, make me want to drop that $$$. I would be afraid to bash it & would wind up collecting dust being my shelf queen, beside the O.Gs. Appreciate the cool vid Salute 😎 👍

Right on. I turned up my brake rate. Should handle much better in the air now.

I noticed on all the videos of the USA-1 when it lands it makes a really sharp slapping sound.

Man this is so nice! I think it does those flips and stuff very well because I am thinking it's much lighter than the LMT and especially the ones you have with the metal axles... should do a weight comparison see what the difference is between them. Nice bash, for a monster I think 3s is good enough..wait until you use 2 good 2s lipos it does those flips without a ramp probably this chassis has gobs of power.

Seems like it will have gobs of power on 4s. The flips will get harder to control and it will push the corners even more.

@@CCxRC Run the 2 3s batteries in Parallel wiring, then you won't have to switch. Would stay 3s and have the combination of the 2 batteries in capacity.

Isn't this a 7.2V car? Doesn't a 3s Lipo battery exceed 7.2 v by a lot, or do I misunderstand how that all works? (or is this car not stock?)

We need a video on how to figure out the controls better braking

LMT turns really tight

I think the Kyosho Foxx paddle tires fit this if you ever want to hit the beach.

Curious Tony if the chain drive is the reason for the weak brakes??

Brakes only set to 25% out of the box.

What part of Michigan do you live. I live in the thumb and it rained all day😩 Man it look like it jump nice. Too bad about the asphalt burn. But it had to happen somewhere.

Metro Detroit here. I got mine on Saturday and 4s is crazy, wheelie monster. Was not prepared for how much punch it has.

Kyosho is awesome, still love my Bigfoot though, this is tempting for sure.

I enjoy my Traxxas Bigfoot as well. Super simple and good looking. Lacks in the stunt department but my kids love just driving it around.

@@salmenda the LMT handles more scale than anything Else I’ve run. It’s my favorite soldi axle rtr and basher. For racing, I love my freestyle RC trucks

Kyosho definitely makes some gorgeous bodies! Just not sure on this one. In was considering it before the SCX6 took my money though. 😂 Great video as usual. 👊🏼

The videos I have seen of it looked pretty good. As far as the links popping...I wonder if they stretch after use and that happens more frequently over time. I only ran it on 3s, and didn't really open it up. I have more fun freestyling it than going big.

@@CCxRC You have the right of it Tony. This is a great trail rig, or the 3s freestyle you are doing, open it up and go big jumping and it will have issues. It has way too much power on 4s for the ancient solid axle design, becomes really hard to control at high speeds, especially with stock steering setup.

Put the rear steering it

Really wish Kyosho would stop using Phillips screws.

Love the truck but she sure isnt up to par with the LMT. Just my 2 cents.
