    For people who are wanting to do yogic processes and experience serious profound transformation, it has to be done with reverence. Not exercise, not talking during asanas, not watching a video while doing it, not looking in a mirror while doing it, etc. So many mistakes I'm seeing all over KZread. Improper yoga can screw your entire energy system.

    I practice & I teach with reverence. It is in my intention for it to be received and exchanged with on that frequency as well. There are many things on earth that can screw up your entire energy system. I share these videos because they have regenerated my energy system and that is always my purpose in sharing.

    @carmelabeing That's wonderful and all, but if my intentions are beautiful when I give my dog chocolate, does that mean it will benefit him? If I intend for it to have a beautiful reaction, doesnt matter. No matter how spiritual I think i am, it's chocolate, and he will get sick.

    ​@@carmelabeingYou were probably taught by americans. Because I don't know where the hell this sequence came from. The order of the 84 asanas is specific because of this being the 84th creation we are in. Each asana does something to your energy system, and they are in a certain order for a reason. If you want to have a health and fitness channel, that's awesome, but I wouldn't make yoga what YOU want it to be, and then teach it. People go to a teacher to learn what others aren't familiar with. But when the teacher isn't familiar, they shouldn't be teaching.

    @carmelabeing Fantastic! Without all the fancy words, you became fascinated with life energy basically. I wouldn't put too much significance on titles, years you've studied what, because all of that is insignificant. What you took 8 years to learn, one can learn in one moment....because that's all it takes.

    Don't get me wrong, I am ALL FOR bettering yourself. But the way yoga is taught and done here in this country is just a crime. America has distorted the HELL out of yoga, reducing it to an exercise form. No.

    @carmelabeing Correct, your video is just as "spiritual" as any! I didn't say you weren't spiritual, of course, you're human lol. I'm saying that people who aren't doctors shouldn't teach surgery, should they? In this country, people have these sayings, like "there's no wrong way to do yoga" which is TOTALLY false. I can point out a thousand things people think is right way of doing yoga, that is disastrous to your body.
