Kundalini Meditation for Pranic Energy

Feeling heavy? Weighed down? Try this 11 minute Kundalini Meditation for Pranic Energy. It brings the energy up from the lower centers to the upper centers, and fills your body with life force energy. You'll emerge feeling lighter maybe even a little ethereal.
The meditation consists of a mudra (hand shape) breath (8 sips in and a long "O" breath out through the mouth), and an eye gaze (eyes fixed on the tip of the nose). Set to music, this meditation will get you out of your day-to-day troubles and in tune with your divine presence.
