Kundalini Kriya - Kundalini Yoga Sequence for Fear and Anger

This kundalini kriya yoga sequence helps release and overcome fear and anger. If you've been holding onto fear and anger in your life, then this kundalini class will help you release some of it.
How?
This kundalini kriya starts focusing on the liver, the liver can hold a lot of anger and tension in the body so we start with the liver just massaging to try to release that anger, that fear and then the Kriya shifts poses that is going to work on the kidneys. The kidneys are also associated with fear but we're going to work with them in a way that enhances vitality and stamina in the body so it's like we release fear and then we build that strength to overcome it.
Remember that there is a longer version of this Kundalini Kriya where we do each pose for the full set amount of time instead of cut time inside my Uplifted Membership ♥ Try it for FREE now: www.brettlarkin.com/uplifted/

I had a very symbolic dream of a T rex coming to chase me out of my childhood house! I was strategizing on how to trick him on various routes I would take. When I awoke, I asked what did that mean? I heard, "The T Rex is your anger and hurt". So I knew I had to work it out through kundalini. Thank you! I cried guttural sometimes...and during shvasana... I felt my ancestors grace me with a new identity...and wisdom on how to handle my separation. Thank you!!

I dread doing this because I was so nauseous the 1st time I did this. I've decided to try it again and it feels SO good the 2nd time round. Thank you for your gifts, Brett! Love to ya, appreciate your magic.

I was gonna giggling manically at the moving fingers to palms on with the arms up, because of how hard it was! It was so hard then got easy at one minute to go like I'd pushed past a barrier!

Good, needful one right now. Difficult, especially that opening standing cat/cow felt awkward, hard on the legs. I was surprised by how dizzying the standing rotations were, I kept losing my balance, and yes, felt some nausea after. The hands opening/closing is killer, and again so needful for all the work time on the computer. All worth the challenges by the end. Sitali breath has been a go-to of mine for years, so effective. My dog joined me, too.

Something released in me at the end of the sitali pranayam and I just started hysterically laughing. Uncontrollable buffetting joyful blissful energy. For just a few minutes I feel like I got it... it's all just so funny...but in the most loving/knowing way. Hard to describe. Thank you so much Brett.

Dar Brett, I can't move on after the first exercise, I feel too nauseated, almost throwing up, I tried to jump to to the second one, but same effect. Any tips? I feel I need to go through...

Today was one of the toughest days for me for many reasons. Lots of fear (almost paralyzing fear). Everything seemed to be confusing and causing more and more fear to arise in waves-a feeling of drowning. This practice was amazing! I feel so much lighter. I will be repeating this and I am so grateful to have this practice to lean on during such a difficult and scary time in my life. Much love and gratitude to you, Brett. Thank you. Namaste

I love this video, I watch it very often. Little correction for the sideways arm pumps, the inhale as we bring the fists to the shoulders, exhale as we extend the arms to the sides. Sat Nam

My goodness! Thank you. Tears, heavy feelings of anger, anxiety before and the throughout the beginning of the practice, but that turned to clarity and peace and letting go by the end!Thank you 🙏
