I just watched something about this actually where she gave him footage from another video of hers and has something to do with her husband being a bone fan. I bought this album when it came out and back then we didn't really have digital music you know everything was still cassette and cds. And I remember I took a bus back from Seattle all the way to South station in Boston and the only fucking disk I had for that whole 4-day trip home was the disc from Thug mentality that had that song on it. Cuz you remember Thug mentality had two discs. I listen to that CD.. Jesus Christ I don't even know how many times.. the whole thing is over and over and over and over again for four days. Amazing song. Two amazing artists. 🙏

@@DJFreshYourHighness Ruthless promoted them. Especially BTNHRESURRECTION. Tomica promoted the group efforts more than their solos at the time. I agree that it wasn't to the level of what Eazy would have done, but she did promote them. She gave them high quality music videos, marketing and everything. It was just at a lesser scale. A better logic would’ve been krayzie and Bizzy our the most important members of bone and it’s hard to listen to bone with krayzie or Bizzy missing

@@cathymazulo2551 Krayzie is the main creator of their music like he said. He usually comes up with the concepts of their songs & rights the hooks. Krayzie is definitely the best artist in Bone. Now lyrically, u could argue Bizzy is better & I wouldn't argue.
Drink Champs brought me here. Man Krazyie is a living legend. All of the members from Bone are a true gift to hip hop. BTH4L 🙏🏼
This song is a treasure that the majority completely ignored.
Man being from the Cleveland area my self I'm so proud to see a group of young men from the same streets become ledgends

Krayzie was on Drink Champs and spoke on this. The main reason, he stated, she cleared it (and allowed him to use the video grabs of her singing) was because her husband said that BTNH was the shiznit.
This is what makes Krayzie Bone the best. REAL LIFE

Actually though, Bizzy spoke out against her. More than anyone else did. His whole first album was a diss to her.

For some reason this song always has gotten to me. With his flow and rhythm, him and Sade made an underrated classic with this. Always has been my favorite of Bone Thugs which is one of my favorite groups ever, Gotta have all the respect in the world for this dude
How many people have lived the reality of this song . I know I have

Underrated? I’m old and stuck on my old music and of late... I been on Krayzie. Always been on Bizzy... I’m stunned. So that’s miraculous? Lol

I remember this song but I love the original song by Sade!
this song's the reason why i believe Krayzie is more than a rapper but a highly intellectual with well thought of rhymes that stay true to what is happening in the world. I haven't said this before and never thouht i will but he is one of the best and most under-appreciated rapper and the group bone thugs-n-harmony are a blessing to not only music but the world
