Korean Pork
My Version of Korean Pork Homestead Style 😋
Cook up 1lb of ground pork
Add in 3 minced garlic cloves and cook 30 secs more
Drain excess fast and reserve pork mixture.
In the same pan cook add a couple tsp sesame oil & whatever veggies you want to mix in, I used a cup of frozen shredded carrots and 1/2 cup of pickled cabbage. Cook then until lightly caramelized.
For sauce:
1/4 cup liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
1/4 cup honey (or brown sugar)
Red pepper flakes to suit your taste (I added 3/4-1 tsp)
Powdered, fresh or ginger paste, I used 2 tsp ginger paste (I said garlic in video but meant ginger)
Mix well.
Once veggies are ready, add back you pork, mix in sauce and cook until slightly thickened.
Served over rice, garnish with scallions or cilantro and sesame seeds 🥡

My daughter’s allergic to pork but I may have to adapt this using chicken sausage. This sounds yummy! Thanks, Rachel!
Our family enjoys a similar sauce. We add black current preserves abundant in my grocery outlet ! My kiddos love this dish!
We do beef, its one of our favorite quick meals.
