Follow standard installation procedure - github.com/koreader/koreader/wiki/Installation-on-Kindle-devices It's pretty simple, just copy / unpack required files.

Check jailbreak methods here www.mobileread.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=150 For newer models with updated firmware, there is no know way to jailbreak using software only, but seraial jailbreaking may be available (needs disassembly a maybe soldering).

Sir, how can I jailbreak my Kindle PW2? I am sacred that I will brick permanently 😅 Also, can you use dark mode page animations in KOReader in PW2?

You can search current jailbreak method on www.mobileread.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=150 Dark mode works, but has lower image quality (on newer kindle versions it's feature of panel). Page animations are not possible, it's feature of panel, not software.
