I got mad respect for this brother he definitely a inspiration for me. I'm in the gym which keeps me in the masjid which keeps me out of prison and it's just a start for me to turn my life around for the better me... Alhumduallah

Mike i place you in my top 3 people that motivate me. I am a Army solider that was charged with something that was on the border of ending my life, but i was praying and i turned to weights. my lawyer fought for me and i was released. then one of my friends sent me you videos. very positive. thank you for the help and positive feeling. i share your videos with everyone that is in a hard time similar to mine and yours. keep up the good work. hope to meet you someday. much love and god bless you.

Too much muscle does slow you down that’s a fact but it does depend on your frame bodytype and reach short guys like Mike Tyson and Mike rashid are able to get away with being jacked yet still be fast or tall giants like Francis Ngannou a lil slower and less technical (if they put the work in) muscle mostly acts as armor in the ring It’s like the juggernaut slow but able to take and dish out more damage

i'm loving this..and my son met him at a strength and fitness expo in Sydney Australia...he approached Mike and theyboth got into a friendly convo..and Mike thanked Jake for going out of his way to meet him..real gentleman

You train like a Navy Seal Mike, always uncomfortable, confusion training or not knowing what to expect from a workout day to day facilitate growth the best. Life, there is no way to adapt to the unexpected,out of nowhere like Baguazhang, just keep training, practicing, trying, doing this is the way. Mr. Rashid. a real inspirational champion, on the gym of life.

I too wanted him to acknowledge the Cinque Glenda chapter but ultimately it’s Mike’s own story to tell. Mike obviously felt like it wasn’t worth mentioning so it is what it is...
