Why is it that every other video tells you to end the tape on skin and not on the tape?
Why do you not have the arm in flexion and use less tension?
Should we do everyday? What is the frequency?
What is the general elbow pain that we can do this technic ?

Yes. I have bought sports tape from local pharmacies. Used it on my elbows, shoulders. It really helps relieve pain and allows the muscles and tendons to heal faster. Ive used it on my mothers shoulders and neck with same positive results.
What kind ok kineosiotape is this that splits?
