In this video, I talk about all the different medicines I take 2 years after my transplant.
To start, I talk about my anti-rejection medicine, highlighting what effect they have on my health, what dose I'm taking, any side-effects they have and how long I might be taking them for.
I then talk about all the other medicines I'm taking ranging from a blood pressure tablet to a water retention tablet.
I end the video by telling you just how many tablets I take in one week...it's a lot!
Hope you enjoy 😊

How much D3 you taking? Fish oil aint great, Id suggest a good quality cod liver oil, a tablespoon a day. This will also give you no need for vitamin D3, and it also affords you, Retinol, true Vitamin A, not an ALA precursor.

I'm 10 months in from my diagnosis, I've got 21 pills a week that are a necessity for SLE and antiphospholipid syndrome, the other 21 are supplements to account for deficiencies from the lupus.

Lupus can be alleviated through a low carb diet and fasting, if done correctly. As you can see: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aKCgtaqro6afctI.html Lupus remission requires adherence to a strict diet and lifestyle change, is that more of a challenge than simply taking tablets?

Hi sir thank you for sharing your daily medication schedule. Myself I am Raghu from India now I am 39 year's old. post Covishild vaccination I got triggered by autoimmune disorder in July 2021. (CIDP) Nerve Demyelination , PMR and GCA . so my doctor put me on MMF 500+500 per day , prednisolon 5 mg , pantoprazole 40 mg once on empty stomach.. I was scared to have this 5 tablets every day.. after seeing you r video I got motivation now I am not scared. I have one question sir . coz you are on prednisolon for many years are you on calcium or vitamin D3..? to maintain you bone density..?

Are you a diabtic? Im afraid you need to change your diet right now,and stop eating so much sugar. Calcium is false, do not take any calcium tablets, especially avoid synthetic Calcium Carbonate, its the least needed electrolyte. Prednisone is very dangerous. You should also be watching your blood sugars, and prevent them exceeding 6 mmol or 106 mg/dl. This can be achieved through a low carb diet.l and fasting. I advise ordering an HbA1C test right now. If it is over 36 mmol or 5.5% you need to get it down to this. It is the most important thing to take care of. Dr Bernstein is someone you nees to follow.

I was on the same as you. They reduced my MMF after I had a really bad infection in September 2020. They reduced my adaport after around 6 months. It really depends on your levels. As time goes on they always try to reduce the amount you're taking. I'm now on 500mg MMF and 2mg/2mg adaport.
