Many missed Khabib's point. He's referring to Khamzat mannerisms: the cussing, language, flipping the middle finger, not holding himself accountable which aren't a good look for a muslim. Not exactly. Problem was after the cancelled conference Khamzat gorged himself in a restaurant, then later on that night he says he was told by a doctor to not cut weight, which is why he was 8lb over the following day. Post fight, his coach said it wasn't a doctor but was them that decided he shouldn't cut anymore weight, probably to cover for a lack of discipline.

Muslims are encouraged to surround themselves with Muslims so they remain disciplined in praying and doing good and maintaining their honour. It also helps steer away from the ills of fame and Khabib is a good example of that.
