I love “ The Deal” for my Ned baits, I think the color does a good job of imitating small bluegills AND small crawfish depending on the profile of the bait and how it’s fished.

Heck yeah, the color is almost a perfect match of both. Years of fly fishing have that match the hatch burned in my brain!

And also Flatlands Tackle has some nice lighter swinging ned heads. Decent hook in them too.

Zman color the deal is such a great choice here in Ohio with the river and creek smallies ! That kietech leech looks like a ned bait choice along with the dropshot it was made for

I bought the keitech. It caught fish, but nose hooking tears from the body quick. Sometimes with only nips from bluegill, which was so frustrating after I ran out, I didn't buy more.

@@jhoffman81 HA! Probably... I was so disappointed in how easy bluegill were snatching the body of the bait. I caught bass on heavy pressured lakes but I felt like other more durable baits would have worked better. If you do a follow up on your experience I'll definitely be looking. Good luck man!

Zeppelin rocks! Page and bonham were the biggest powerhouses in the game. I see some Hendrix .. Mitch Mitchell and Hendrix were also Hammers of the game. I’m also a musician and avid smallmouth, largemouth, walleye angler. I don’t see any Phish stickers tho 🤔… you wanna talk about kings of rock n roll - they’re not the hippy dippy Grateful Dead based band everyone thinks they are. Trey Anastasio is hands down the greatest guitarist to ever live, absolutely blows the roof and walls off every venue to show up to, never repeat a song in any consecutive shows , never ever repeated the same set list ever…never play the same song the same way (improvisation wise in their jams) it’s always new and always the best time of my life- sober as a judge or drunk as a skunk anastasio and Jon Fishman on drums are a force, also mike Gordon lays BOMBS on bass- arguably the best bassist- his work with Leo Kottke is awesome too. And page McConnell is the kind of the keys, no one can lay it down like him. Listen to the Saratoga show from this summer, the Vermont (where they come from) flood benefit relief was the best show I’ve been to out of 100s of shows, they just came with the fire the ***second night**… what kinda drums you rocking? I play a yamaha but I use several snares and symbols I have a 18pc set as of now, I play a PRS guitar as well. I love guitar but drums came so natural to me- like bass fishing- you need such attention to detail at all times and it’s all about finding a cadence and pattern … I love music and I love fishing and being great at both I truly think helps me mentally in both aspects . Rock on man and tight lines

That's my son's drum kit. He started in first grade. He's played live and is now in school concert band too. They're Ludwig's with remo heads and zildjain symbols. I can play guitar but I'm rusty. Kid was born in 2011 but likes older music.
