Creek Fishing with the Nikko Leech (Ohio)(Neko Rig)

Спорт

I have never tried using a leech lure before. Despite knowing fish absolutely love them. I figured I would rig one up and throw it into one of my favorite little creeks in Ohio. The smallmouth were pre-staging for the spawn so the bite was tough but I really wanted to debut this little soft plastic on my channel. I have a feeling I will be slaying some fish with this bait this year. The Nikko soft plastic is extremely buoyant making this a perfect candidate for any type of ned system you want to use. The action was far better than I could have imagined.

I am not sure if it will affect Nikko plastic, but if you leave the bands on some plastics it will melt them. The video quality was fantastic and the actions of the leech was awesome! Top notch video here sir! Tight lines!

Come up to Ross county and let me take you a few places. Would love to fish with you. Couple beautiful creeks i could take you to. Love the nikko. You got me started on the hellgrammite, and have caught a bunch of beautiful smallies this spring with those. Sadly lost my last one snagged today. And have to order them online. No place near me has them

Just FYI, an 0-Ring is not necessary with Zman Elaztech products. Just use a Neko style hook (better hook-up Octopus or wide gap hook) and you're good to go.
