Haven wrote this song about her brother when he was going through a tough time mentally and Katy singing “by the grace of god“ wich is a song about how she went through these times is so sad but so fitting and amazing. Wow I did not expect such a deep cut from her discography to come up like that again. By the Grace of God is truly a hallmark of Prism and it's such a shame that it's buried so deep in the album because it is a beautiful song with some magnificent writing. In terms of the idea of a prism it feels like the embodiment of the sad blue light of the rainbow

It really works, both excellent voices and a visual treat with both the beautiful women and the candlelight lanterns everywhere around.
