Curious what gear I use to make these videos? This has been my setup since 2018:
Sony a6300 camera but for 2020 I'd recommend its replacement Sony a6400: amzn.to/32EUOtq
Sigma 16mm lens: amzn.to/30y7lfE
Rode SmartLav microphone: amzn.to/32Cvg02

Great, insightful review mate. I do enjoy when you’ve posted. I lived in Adelaide Hills for 10 years myself and know all about those summers. Cheers mate. I look forward to your next vid.

My first hand experience of the Kask Mojito (1) is they are really good in a tumble... I counted 3 bounces off the tarmac at 32kmph down just before the outers roundabout. Jumped online and ordered a Mojito X that night. But now i have a Valegro coming so hope my experiences with the Mojito transfer over

Amazing review, I bought this helmet for my daughters and she is so happy with it because it is very comfortable and light. The only think that worries me a bit is that helmet sits very close to the head on the back, I wonder if you fall back if it will avoid the head to be hit to the ground correctly.

I'm sold on helmets with visors and will never go back. But they MUST have excellent ventilation since I live in the desert. My current Giro fails in that regard but my Bell works great; unfortunately, the Bell isn't Mips. My bald head sweats A LOT and I can't wear those bike hats (sweats more), so I modify a Buff to create a thin dew rag and wear a Halo to redirect the sweat.

Great vid! But how is the sunglasses storage of the mojito3? Can you give feedback. Does the sunnies stick in the helmet?

Hi Have you found any other helmets that fits like the Mojito x or the Mojito Cube? A more oval/circular fitting? Thanks

I got this helmet in yellow. Havent tried in hot conditions yet but my thoughts are that maybe your black KASK somehow is hotter than a brighter models?

How does the profile compare to the Protone and Valegro? I'm looking for lowest profile helmet since I wear a size large and don't want to look like Rick Moranis in the movie Spaceballs. lol!

If low profile is your jam then it has to be the Valegro! It's thin, sits fairly high and close to your melon.

I have an older mojito and hate how my glasses always dig into the retention system and this looks like it may have same issue? Any recommendations for a helmet that doesn’t have this problem?

My Smith Signal helmet looks like a construction hard hat from the front angle. I hate it. I know helmets aren’t about aesthetics but I really just don’t like it. I like that you’ve shown the bottom of this helmet a lot, it shows me that the thickness of the helmet is not so massive like my smith helmet. I think I am going to get this, thanks

How are you mounting that Knog Plus underneath your handlebars at 3:51?

nice helmet but in the video I see photos scrolling and the temples of the glasses come into the back of the helmet I think that this must be annoying and cause problems

I thought helmets had to be tested to get approval in Australia?

Just sits too high up on the back....can't see it providing adequate protection as say a POC helmet.

I have cracked several kask mojito helmets and ultimately it was the most comfortable well fitting before even using the boa strap, which lends itself to safety. Your head shape may vary.

@@microwave311 I'm not talking about comfort, the inherent design is completely different to what POC has done extensive research on.

Thinking about the same thing, it just sits too high at the back. I once fell off the bike on my back hitting a curb and I needed that type of protection. I was on a Giro Air Attack with Visor and now looking for a more ventilated helmet with excellent protection. Have you found any helmets that fit into your criteria?

The main reason for compulsory cycle helmets in Australia is to reduce the number of people cycling. Research shows this and it’s working. The motoring lobby when they show concern for us cyclists and strongly advocate helmets for us is not based on any real concern for us, helmets are advocated for the reasons to make cycling look like a dangerous activity, thus reducing people cycling Simple

Really hoping to see how much mushroom this helmet looks like. This whole video there isn't one shot of someone wearing the helmet, looking straight at the camera 😥😥😥😥
