Unboxing (relatively) new cycling product: KASK Mojito 3 helmet
After months of riding with the KASK Mojito 3 helmet, it's (finally) time to present the video of the unboxing. As you'll see, it took only a few minutes to fall in love with this well-priced, light, comfortable product... and it's been my helmet of choice for most rides since this clip was filmed in January.
Released in Australia a few months later than elsewhere in the world, the Mojito 3 retails for AUD$249 (for the gloss, as you see here, and $269 for the matte finish)*.

Love your enthusiasm Rob. I have an older Mojito and love it. Been looking at getting a second helmet and this might be the go.
I just got this as my first helmet. Yellow. It was most comfortable one in the store. And there were many brands. Super happy

It's a nice looking helmet but it doesn't protect you while going downhill or if you're grinding an ebike, for that you need an nta certified helmet like xnito or bern hudson
Looking for this one. But wonder whether Giro Agilis might be better?
Does this helmet store the sunnies on the top of the head well?
Does the koo sunglasses fits in the helmet holes easily? Thanks

Ah, not terrific on this one. Can't quite get the right sunglass-arms-to-air-vent measurement... and so, my solution is the behind the head (arms underneath helmet straps), reverse fitting for the early morning, pre-sunrise bits of the ride.
Hi. I think I will buy this helmet. I will buy online(the only option I have) My head size is 55cm so how do you think what size should I get ? size S(50-56cm) or M(52-58cm? I will be grateful for help. Regards

@@evill_toro it's great - excellent value and fits my awkwardly shaped head without looking like a marshmallow (I usually need L or XL). Essentially, it does the job and I've worn it for 1,000's of miles including the LEJOG. Can also fit a cycling cap underneath on rainy or cold days, without giving me a headache.

No. (But I kinda take that as a compliment.) My father is Dutch, my mother Australian. We spent some time (in my youth) living in the Netherlands... but I've never learned German. I was born in Australia. - Rob
