Reserve bank should take necessary steps. Responsible party should be arrested and recover all the money from these criminals. I agree with Mr. Mohan Das 100%. Some people never learn from their mistakes. How many banks and financial institutions in Kerala failed within last 60 years. I think Pala Central bank was the one of the first one that failed. So many people lost all their deposits. Central government and the Reserve bank should take the necessary steps so that this kind of Highway robberies won't happen again.
